Overall this is a great trash can for the price. It has a very large storage capacity it looks smart in the kitchen, particularly when paired with other items that are finished in silver tones. It is easy to wipe clean. My only concern is that it can get dented easily as the metal is not reinforced on the larger panels. In some cases you can pop a dent back out.     • Worst design ever
I’ve given this product a good six months, and it is without question the worst thing I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. After 3 months of tearing every single trash bag that’s ever been inserted, I upgraded to super heavy duty contractor bags. Now I can tear really expensive bags too. The mouth of the can is more narrow than the inside, and because trash bags are flexible, they expand to fit inside the can, and they bottleneck whenever the bag is removed. The only thing I appreciated about this trash can is the sound it made when I finally punted it across the room. Had I known in advance the frustration this trash can would cause me, I would have absolutely opted to just throw my garbage directly into the floor (1/2 the time it wound up there anyways. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy (I.e whomever designed this thing). ... show more

I love the look of the trash can and it is quiet when it closes. The bag doesn't fall down inside because of the wires that hold it in tact. This was a very good purchase.

The can is very well built, looks very nice and everything works well. The problem comes when it’s time to empty the trash. There is a sharp lip around the inside top of the can that makes it very difficult to pull the trash bags out without tearing them. If you lightly fill the can, there is no problem. If you fill the can full it, this design flaw makes it almost impossible to pull the bag out. ... show more

This kitchen trash can is huge and it looks really nice in our kitchen. The issue is, what everyone else said, it’s difficult getting the trash bag out unless you fill it only halfway. This is not practical because who’s going to waste half of a trash bag???? We exchanged it for the Glad trashcan which is a bit bigger and has the double ring that lifts to get over filled trash bags out. ... show more
