Very comfortable! Made the mattress feel good on the sofa bed which I have to use I had surgery and a small stroke so I can’t go upstairs to sleep in my real bed. Until I bought this mattress pad I was very uncomfortable sleeping on the sofa bed because of the metal bars. Don’t feel them now!!!!

I got this to make my guest room mattress more plush. I recently bought a memory foam mattress for my guest room/tv room, which was way too firm - to the point of being uncomfortable - for me, anyway. I doze in there sometimes and would wake up totally achy and sore. (Everyone has their own comfort likes, so for reference, my actual bed has a 4" memory foam topper with padded cover, which you sink into like a cloud and it hugs you everywhere. I love it.) This padded cover is nicely made, tight stitching, quality thick yet silky-soft fabric and plenty of room in the sides to fit super deep-pocket mattresses. What the idea behind the detachable "side pocket" is makes no sense to me because aren't you going to put a fitted sheet or protector over this? LOL! No matter, the cover is nicely done. Know that perhaps it qualifies as 1", but really, it's just a nicely made super soft, thick gel topper cover. Don't expect it to add a huge amount of extra cushy-ness to the gel topper, which I find to be somewhere in the middle of medium and plush. I think that at 2", you will not get super plush, you need to go thicker. I had my doubts at first, but it turns out that this topper made a huge difference in the comfort of my new mattress, soft and comfortable yet still supportive all in very good ways. I noticed a tremendous difference the very first night I dozed off in there and woke up feeling great, no aches! This topper comes packaged rolled up and already inserted into the pad. I found it very difficult to get it on the bed that way.. My advice: Take the topper out of the cover, lay it out on the bed, straighten it out, then put the padded cover on later. The gel foam expanded fairly quickly, at first there was a ridge down the middle and one end was not straight, I flipped the foam over, with the ridges down, pressed it out and wiggled it around to straighten out the ends and it fluffed and straightened itself out within an hour or so. Then it was easy to put the cover on, nice and smooth, and that evening I was happily lounging in my guest room with my pooch and a good movie. As for the cooling aspect, I noticed a definite difference to "before", I would wake up sweating and hot. If you're looking for sink-in-deep-I have-to-roll-out-of-bed super plush, go thicker. But this gel pad and topper adds a plush level of comfort, yet still supportive without breaking the bank. This has been a win-win all way around.

This mattress topper is the bees knees. I bought this for my dad. He had the worst mattress. I thought this would help. It didn't his bed was shot and I had to buy him a new bed but this made his new bed like sleeping on a cloud of air. This was well worth the money I spent. The memory foam is so thick. It is so nice. Don’t think twice about buying this topper. It’s such a luxurious topper to a nice bed. Make your bed a cloud.

These comforters are great! I first bought one for the bed in my camper, I liked it so much I bought one for my bed at home. Then one each of the kids beds on the camper. The one in my camper is on its 3rd year and the memory foam is still like new, as compared to the ones I first put on my kids beds, that dried out and no longer held much comfort after setting in the camper for a year. I also like that the pillow top is separate from the memory foam, making it easy to wash.

The foam included with this topper is not a sink into soft memory foam. It is memory foam, but it is hard and doesn’t conform to your body. The filled topper is nice and softens up the mattress a little bit, but it is not that thick. I ordered something else and this is probably going back. I hate to do that, but I do spend lots of money on Amazon so I don’t feel too bad about it.

If I could give this abomination zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. This mattress topper is nothing short of a cruel joke. It’s advertised as firm, supportive, and high-quality memory foam, but in reality, it’s a lumpy, flimsy, pathetic excuse for a topper. The height is laughably off from what they claim, and instead of helping with back pain, it made mine exponentially worse. Sleeping on this felt like lying on a deflated bouncy castle filled with broken dreams. The nightmare doesn’t end there. When I tried to return this monstrosity, they demanded I send it back in the original packaging. Are you kidding me? This thing comes vacuum-sealed, and once it’s out, it expands into an unmanageable, oversized beast. There’s absolutely no way to shove it back into the original packaging unless you have industrial machinery and infinite patience—which, let me assure you, I don’t after dealing with this disaster. I wasted over $100 on this garbage, and I got nothing but sleepless nights, aggravated pain, and seething regret in return. The fact that they refuse to offer a reasonable return process just adds insult to injury. I wouldn’t even donate this thing; I wouldn’t subject my worst enemy to this level of discomfort. If you value your money, your sanity, or your spine, stay far, FAR away from this mattress topper. It’s a disgraceful product from a seller who clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Consider yourself warned.
