I looked long and hard for a bike rack that would hold our two ebikes. They weigh about 85 pounds each. The "Young Electric Hitch 2-Bike with Ramp" was exactly what we needed. The rack holds up to 200 pounds. We received the rack within a reasonable amount of time. Assembly was a breeze. The rack is very sturdy and holds our bikes firmly. The included ramp made loading a breeze. We haven't taken the bikes for a long trip yet, though we did drive around town to see how the rack would handle. It handled great. The only issue we had was with a poor weld on the nut that's suppose to remove movement in the rack while transporting. The nut is spot welded in three places, though on this one only one of the welds attached the nut. The weld immediately broke upon screwing in the bolt that removes the movement. I contacted the seller through Amazon and quickly had a resolution. The company sent me a new lower unit at their cost. The weld on the new one is much better. All three spot welds were good. Replacing the lower unit was also very easy. I would highly recommend the Young Electric Hitch 2-Bike with Ramp.

Awesome piece of equipment. Easy to assemble, solid, excellent method to secure bikes, easy to load and unload. No swaying on the roads. Impressive. On the waiting list for a ramp to be available in December, which will make it easier to load our ebikes.

In my photos I did not have the ramp installed which sits out a bit further almost like a bumper. For the negatives: I do wish it had been built up higher. It also seats the bike off center more so on the drivers side. I wish it was centered. And in my case it really it placed a bit too far away from my car as my bike handles do fold down in addition, because it sits so low, it nearly impossible to get the”quick release pin” on and off unless you are laying flat on the ground and then it’s not possible to see what you are doing. Do to the low placement, I have to make sure I travel slowly over bumps like the end of the driveway. It is sturdy and fits my heavy folding step thru bike. It was easy to put together.

Great bike rack. Very well built. The ratchet straps are hard plastic and could be much sturdier if they were nylon. Had a small problem with one of the straps. Reached out to the service department. They responded very quickly and helped me resolve my issue. Made a short trip with my two e-bikes. Very sturdy, no slop or movements. Would recommend this product.

I added this hitch to a motorhome spare tire hitch in under an hour. Strong, no rattles. The bikes mount in 5 minutes each, which would be 3 minutes if I didn’t have to remove a peddle. This is ok. After noting that others have a concern about the ratchet tie straps perhaps not holding for the long term, I also added a few cinch straps for the wheels which I believe is a better choice than using bungy cords as a safety. I’m pleased with the purchase.

Bought this for our two ebikes. Mine weighs 55 lbs, my husband's weighs 79lbs. This rack has a 200lb carrying capacity, so feels very sturdy on the back of our pickup truck. Doesn't wobble. Fat tire bike fits nicely in the front wheel holders. Will need to use Velcro straps (included) for the regular tires on the other bike. Nice feature is the ramp for loading the bikes. Makes it so much easier than lifting them in place. Seller (Cravot) offered excellent customer support when we ran into a snag with assembly. Very pleased with this purchase.

The rack itself is excellent, BUT the straps provided are junk! If you purchase this rack you will need a package of bungee straps to secure your bikes. Disappointing when you pay this amount for a “good “ rack system and you then have to buy something else to hold the bikes in place. I would be embarrassed to have my name on this product.
