  • Watch out movie theaters!
Absolutely loving this projector! Very easy to setup, simple to use, and picture quality is excellent. The Google TV operating system is very quick and responsive, and easily puts my old Sony bravia TV to shame. Now with an 150" screen my viewing angle is full THX spec. Going to a movie theater has become obsolete! ... show more

  • I have a $3000.00+ out of focus, wash out, poor sounding projector
I purchased this items for over 3k. My goal for this was to replace a large OLED 82 inch TV. BLUF=I'd maybe be interested in it for 500 bucks...max. #1, the projected image has the top right corner rounded off. Auto keystone did not work, manul adjustment sucks to use. Its like the right side of the projected image is just messed up. Also, The slightest bit of light can wash out the color, which I am fine with, I perfer the space saving aspect. But if you are looking for OLED TV clarity...this thing is not even close. Sound provided by unit is fairly poor qaulity, its subpar. So, in closing, I have a $3000.00+ out of focus, wash out, poor sounding projector. Why the hell would I want that? This unit is worth $499.99 at best, when its working properly. ... show more

  • Excellent image and very bright even when lights are on. Excellent image and very bright even when lights are on.
I am thoroughly enjoying this projector! The image on the screen is outstanding and very clear even with the lights on. I will admit that the price hurts a bit, but hoping it gives me years of enjoyment. It should for the price 🤞

  • Buyers Beware! Pray you never have a problem. Customer Service Nightmare! (Updated) Buyers Beware! Pray you never have a problem. Customer Service Nightmare! (Updated)
My wife purchased this projector for me for Christmas through Amazon, so this is not considered a “verified purchase” through me. I made a dedicated home theatre room and I chose the Hisense PX3-PRO for my UST setup. My product was registered upon installation and when my home theatre was finished, I was enjoying movies like I never had before. That lasted after 25 hours of use. Yes 25 hours! When I started watching a 4K movie, I began to notice that across the bottom of the screen there was a 3” high rainbow discoloration. (See attached photo of actual screen shot) It was particularly evident in bright scenes. Thinking it may be the movie, I went on Google TV and watched 8K Dolby Vision films on YouTube. The rainbow band was still there. I Googled the problem and there were other PX3 owners who had similar problems. Some worse. I called Hisense customer support and went through sending receipts, photo files, etc. to address the problem that was clearly with the projector. After speaking to several associates over the past few days, I was told to send them my projector and they will service it because it was in warranty. After only 25 hours of use, it better still be in warranty for a $3000 projector! But the fact is, I want an unserviced projector with no defects! I don’t want it torn apart by anyone and put back together, only to develop another problem because it was serviced. For a projector a little over one month old with only 25 hours of use, I told them that I want a new projector in exchange for the one that was clearly defective. So after a few days, Hisense agreed to send me a projector right away and I was to send them mine within 10 days. If they didn’t receive the exchange, I would be charged 50% of the cost I paid for the original projector. I agreed, since I had no intention of keeping the defective projector. Yesterday, I was sent a text from FedEx saying my replacement projector was on its way. But what was read in the text made me furious. Of all I went through, Hisense was sending me a replacement projector. Only that the replacement projector was REFURBISHED! I was to receive someone else’s defective projector that had been serviced! I called Hisense right away to address the problem and they have not yet responded after the 24 hour promise. When I did talk to a representative, they read back to me the text message that was sent to me, only they left out the word “refurbished” when they read it. Seriously? I guess they thought I would overlook that one word. My replacement arrives tomorrow, which I will decline acceptance. My credit card company has been called because they already have a pending charge on my credit card for half the cost of the projector. I guess refurbished projectors are only worth HALF of a brand new one. So if you want to go through this, go right ahead and buy a PX3-PRO. Pray that it isn’t defective or develops a problem down the road. like mine. Terrible customer service makes this brand name a no-buy. Actually, customer service is only as good as the company you are buying from. Think about that! I should have purchased an AWOL Vision projector. This one will be returned to Amazon because it is within the return period. Never again! Update 1/23/26 - Hisense finally tried to contact me. A day after FedEx tried to deliver me a REFURBISHED projector, which I refused to accept. The taped up box they tried to send me was re-taped several times. It definitely had been used before by someone else. So Hisense tried to contact me. Instead of wanting to keep me as a customer and send me a new, unused, unserviced PX3-PRO projector in exchange for my 25hr defective unit, they wanted me to send them my projector and within 4 weeks they would send me a refund by check. Really? You just want to refund my money (if I ever would receive the refund) and move on? Was I really asking so much for a $3000 projector that has an obvious defect? This, my brethren, is their customer service! Funny how Hisense is now trying to contact me AFTER they thought I would have accepted delivery of the refurbished replacement. So, the PX3-PRO is now going back to Amazon and I am going with a different manufacturer. I never had this kind of problem when buying a big ticket product before. I hope this isn’t the norm now because we, the consumer, are in a world of trouble. ... show more
