  • Aerobic, Pond aeration pump.
Style: 51W, 90 LPM
This pump was a direct replacment for a Aerobic septic system and has worked better than expected. It has been about two weeks and it is great. Quiet, efficient and well built.

  • Stop censoring reviews.
Style: 50W, 70 LPM
Made me write a new review because they didn't like my extremely detailed review so I dropped to 1 star. Dropped a star for bad Quality Control that was fortunately easily fixable. The pump was not seated in the bracket and there were large metal shards. If you get any of these pumps, shake it and it should feel like something is moving inside. If not then it may be like mine and not sitting on the rubber. If it's loud this would also be a likely culprit. For anyone wondering what the difference is worth the new green model and the old gray model... they made a lot of good improvements and cut a few corners but overall the cuts were totally justified and do not make it any worse. Definitely better than the old model. Specs wise this 1110 GPH Green one is comparable to the 90L/min Gray model except it has MUCH HIGHER pressure (4.06psi vs 5.36psi) at a SLIGHTLY LOWER flow (90L/min vs 70L/min) That may not seem right but if you have multiple aquariums 2ft or deeper, a deeper pond, or septic tank (the original purpose for these linear pumps) then you'll need more pressure than flow. I had 2 of the big cheaper louder pumps and this one is way more powerful. Yes the gray one pumps more air but as soon as it has back pressure it starts to bog the pump. In my video with the bag test you can see the green one doesn't even sweat breaking the small trash bag. The gray one bogs down before poping it. The green one powered through. Now has cover over motor magnets to keep dirt from building up directly on them. Under the cover looks basically identical to gray one. Bigger and more intake holes but smaller pre-filter. (The gray one has a big rectangular filter that is useless for the two tiny intake holes) Outlet air is filtered below the pump now which is nice if you have chunks in yours. Lol Hose connectors inside are simpler with better connections extra padding under clamps. The rubber diaphragm is now separate pieces from the plastic hub so you could make your own if you really need to. Cord is bigger but the plug head is smaller great for tight outlets. The cord has the same size wire inside but is a higher quality thicker insulation. The outlet on the actual pump cover is slightly smaller on the white diaphragm housing of this new green pump. This may be the cause of lower flow and higher pressure. ... show more

I got this to replace the aerator on my septic tank. Does a great job and has continuously worked for about a year without any service interruptions. I will be purchasing again in the future.

  • Easy to install, quiet
Style: 75W, 109 LPM
The media could not be loaded. Video is from my hubby who actually did the install of this new pump for a septic system. The pump is under a bedroom window so being quiet was an important factor.
