I purchased these rocks to replace the rocks that came with my firepit. Those rocks were awful, they broke and shattered, cut me, and left alot of glass dust. These are the opposite. They are a lot more durable and resistant to breaking than the other rocks I had. A few have broken, but maybe 2 or 3. One thing that I haven't been able to figure out is how to prevent the burning, but I bet I could wash these one off and return the shine. I like how smooth they are and how much safer it is to move the rocks around with your bare hands without worrying about mini glass shards sticking into your hand. Mine was the perfect amount for my forepit so I only had to use one bag. Oh, I love the Color option I ordered. Great value for the money. I would order again and o recommend these again ... show more
