Great heater! Once it's built and primed... it starts easy, it's easy to move, and it puts off lots of heat! But be sure to assemble it per the picture: vertically line up the controls, the gas access hole in the door, and the wheels. The instructions are silent on this. That makes everything easy to operate when you move it around and roll it into place - trust me!. And allow more than an hour to assemble! But in the end... it works great! ... show more

    • Great value dont over tighten bolts and check all the other ones that were already installed they are likely loose!
Very good value. The product is time consuming to put together and like most cheap Chinese products needs to be put together carefully. Every bolt on mine was loose from the factory so if you assemble carefully and then tighten up without over tightening the bolts i see no reason this unit wouldn't last several years unless you let them fall over. There were a few bolts that even fell out in the packaging due to being loose. So check carefully where you unpack and dont throw away the cardboard until you have assembled completely ... show more

    • Flimsy piece of junk
I was looking for a stainless steel patio heater that included a shelf. This looked ideal. Unfortunately this one is very flimsy. When it arrived, the base was dented from shipping. It came with a protective film for the lower section. The adhesive was a bit exuberant but the film was not. It peeled off in tiny strips. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get the film off. I thought stainless steel does not rust, but this unit in less than half a year is dotted with rust spots. I also received a unit that someone had previously received and was poorly disassembled. I do not think that I should have to pay full price for a used unit. The burner works well and the heat output is very strong. ... show more

We love this heater. Same one they use in restaurants. Used it almost every day during the fall and winter (New England) and it still looks new. Excellent product.
