The media could not be loaded. This is such a nice and relaxing shower head. My only regret is that we waited so long to buy it!! The waterfall is so nice standing under it-the 12” is worth it. We have a 10” in our other shower and the 2” extra makes a big difference! The handheld has really nice pressure and is great for not only your hair but cleaning the shower. We are renting so it is perfect that the handheld is attached to the same main assembly and doesn’t have to be mounted on the shower wall separately. We’ve had those before and it was next to Impossible to get them off without wrecking the shower wall. I would recommend this to anyone!

This is a great showerhead, and installation was easy. The only reason it isn't getting 5 stars from me is that the extension arm can't be extended to all customizable heights within its reach; there are set angles that you have to lock into, limiting precise adjustments. It does put the shower head up higher than most other options, and it's great for me at 5'5", but if the arm allowed for more positions of locking in the angle, I could have gotten another inch or two of height for taller people who may use the shower. The pressure is gentle, which I wish I could increase a bit, but I suppose that's to be expected of such a wide spray area. I was trying to get an 8" rainfall head, but for some reason, most of the showerheads on here can't be shipped to California so I had to pick from the very few that were available to me; none were 8". The handheld sprayer is awkward because it's a small rectangle instead of a typical round head, but that was to be expected since there are very clear pictures showing what it is. I knew what I was buying, and I got exactly what was expected. It's still very usable, but I may switch it out for my old handheld so I can have the wider spray area and multiple spray options.

It's been really nice and puts out the perfect amount of water. The only negative is it leaks after turning it off like it's draining water out of the line. If you don't move away from it quickly you'll get dropped on for about 30 seconds.

This new shower head looks great in my shower and has been so nice to use. The pressure and flow feel great. I love the look, it’s very sleek, however the package was missing the handheld nozzle. I had to use an old nozzle in the meantime which makes it very clunky, but I’m hoping the company will respond and replace the missing piece.
