I am far from a culinary expert. My daughter loves her Hexcclad pans and we needed a small pan to support her cooking skill. Filling the clean up roll, I find these products perform fantastic. A quality dish soap and light scrub brush clean up the mess easily and it is good to go. The heat spreads evenly across the pan and fills the bill for our cooking needs. The Terrabond coating is supposed to not leach like Teflon and I hope that holds true. As far as metal utensils, a knife will cut through the coating so use care. I’ve had this frying pan for over a year. I bought a top quality professional pan at just about the same time and this one is much better for me. It does not stick normally. I’ve made a mistake or two a couple of times by cooking too hot and had food stick to it. It was easy to clean with a little soak and light scrubbing with a crocheted sponge It looks like new even now after over a year, there is no peeling or scratches and I use it frequently .     • Expensive Pan Sticks and Warranty is WORTHLESS - Customer Service is a Joke - BUYER BEWARE!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this pan with high hopes based on its many good reviews, and figured for $100, it should be pretty good. Well, fast-forward five months. I have been using the pan and find that as often as I season it (which involves heating the pan with avocado oil), cleaning it with soft pads, and running it through the dishwasher, MOST THINGS STICK. It does OK with scrambled eggs, but fried eggs (at a low temperature) just leave me with "gunk" that is really hard to remove. I've attached a video. I contacted the company via their very attractive website. I started by filling out a form, which never seemed to be transmitted. It just came back with "submitting." I then went back to the website and saw you could contact them via email. In my first email, I described my problems, attached some videos, and included my Amazon receipt. They quickly replied with an email about how sorry they were that I was having problems, but they said I needed to go to the seller to get a refund (I did not want a replacement). I got back to them, pointing out Amazon has a 30-day refund/replacement policy, and they - the manufacturer - should make good on the warranty. I went back and forth with them several times (all with their ending emails expressing how important my satisfaction was) and then just gave up. They were not at all helpful. THEIR WARRANTY IS USELESS—THEY DON'T WORK TO MAKE GOOD ON IT. I sent them several videos (one seen here) that clearly show the problem, and they eventually said they need clear photos in good light, etc., etc., so that their staff could review my situation with possible solutions. It's just a run-around! A decent company would value its reputation and try to make the customer happy—NOT THIS ONE!! I feel like I wasted $100 on a pan. I EXPECTED BETTER!! Really a disappointing experience. Maybe their pans are good (they should be for the price!), but they really have crummy customer service. Lesson I learned is that companies are like restaurants where good food can be ruined by bad service. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service - I would have been happy with my money back or at least an offer of a replacement out of the gate rather than an endless set of scripted (and unhelpful) emails. They botched this big time! BUYER BEWARE. If your pan is not good, return it quickly - otherwise, you may be stuck with it. PLEASE SEE OTHER REVIEWS THAT INDICATE THESE PANS LOSE THEIR NON-STICK FEATURE QUICKLY. There are good pans out that cost much less and really are non-stick. AVOID THIS BRAND!! ... show more

I’ve had countless pans thru the years to specifically cook eggs in. This beats them all, hands down. Now, this pan isn’t Care free. I hand wash and dry it after each use. I will Never use a spray oil on it like Pam. I will always remember to have a natural oil between the pan and what I’m cooking. I’m never going to use “seed oil” again. My choice after seeing how bad it is for you. I will never use High heat on this pan. Definitely do t need it. I inspect the rim, inside, bottom and handle after each use and if anything is there, I rub it off, before another use with a Mr. Clean scrub pan. Comes out looking like right out of the box. Eggs slip right out. Take care of it and it will take care of you. I love this pan. ... show more

This is an amazing pan. Make sure you register it and you can find the serial number on the opposite side of the handle. It’s very small to read. Be sure to sauté the pan. Easy to clean! We love it and got the complete set.

9 months in of heavy use and still goin strong! I purchased in April 2025 and wanted to wait until after I used the pan several months to write my review. It’s now December 2025 and all I can say is…I’m in love! lol! Seriously though, what’s not to love here? This pan has endured a rigorous array of cooking styles and has performed well beyond any other pan I’ve EVER used for similar purposes. I was using Green Pan for awhile, but the coating was inevitably chipping or knicking or scratching off. …and I’m a careful and aware cook. I don’t cook on high, I always use a “non seed” oil / fat of some kind to prepare, never use sharp metal and clean with gentle ingredients, and properly store and I could never keep that surface free of blemishes. This pan is different. It’s a work horse. It’s tough, but cooks with ease and grace. It cleans easily and spotless EVERYTIME! I mainly use it for eggs and sautéed proteins or veggies. Conducts heat beautifully and evenly. It’s definitely on the heavier side, but that’s a great thing. This pan is total quality. A durable and consistently optimal tool in my kitchen. It’s a great Pam, but I found that it is definitely a non nonstick pan. It will let eggs and bacon both stick to the pan, even on the lowest setting. But it cleans up very easy, especially with barkeepers friend.

I was skeptical because of how hyped it has been, but after a bad experience with Misen, I decided to give it a try. I have been very impressed. Clean up has been easy. Cooking has gone very well.
