These war buds are amazing! They are stylish, comfortable and sound is out of this world! I like everything about these earbuds. I’ll start with the comfort. They fit easily into your ear canal and stay seated for as long as you need them to. They easily fit what do you need them to and don’t wiggle out. They are extremely stylish and, although they are a little larger than other ear buds, it makes a little difference in the appearance. Lastly, is the functions. The sound that comes out of these earbuds is amazing. The functions on each of the earbuds works perfectly once you learn them and you won’t use another earbud after this. You can play, pause, skip, enhance noise cancellation, enhance ambient sound, raise the volume or lower the volume, there really isn’t anything you can’t do on these earbuds outside of your phone. The app is wonderful to use and makes things so much easier. The battery life is fantastic. I can’t say enough about how long these earbuds last. I’ve gone days without recharging them and have never had an issue. The only thing I would change about this is the case. I would like the case to stand up on its own but honestly if I have to deal with that and get amazing earbuds in return I’ll take it any day. Highly recommend these earbuds.

Out of the box, I was able to to pair them easily with my iphone 11 pro, my work laptop (windows 10 pro), and personal laptop (Macbook Air M1). I downloaded the ShurePlus Play app and updated the firmware. The app made a lot of settings much easier to use rather than relying on the buttons of the earbuds. Sound Quality/Noise cancellation On my iphone and Macbook, the sound quality is incredible. I listen to a lot of ambient music while working and hiphop/EDM while working out. The sound was clear and the noise cancellation worked well. On my work laptop (windows 10 pro), on the other hand, which I intended to use for zoom calls, do not work for some reason. The connection has no issues, but the zoom call participants say it sounds like I am 10 feet away from the speaker and my voice is barely audible. This is not the case with my other brand wireless headset. Listening to music on the windows laptop sounded like the connection was going in and out constantly. For phone calls, they were hit or miss. The earbuds pair immediately to my iphone once taken out of the case. If I paired the earbuds prior to the phone call, I tend to not have any issues. If I received an unexpected phone call and attempted to connect the earbuds after I've already answered the call, the other person had trouble hearing me. They said I sounded muffled as if I placed them on a speaker phone very far away. I was excited about the environmental mode initially as I wanted to use these while running outdoors. However, when activated, the environmental mode sounded like static. There is a slider on the app to adjust the level of environmental sound, and this static sound can be minimized if you have it on the lowest level. The earbuds do stick out quite a bit from your ears and I have accidentally knocked them out while moving about, but I've since been mindful and have gotten used to this. Comfort The fit of these feel like ear plugs - the material of the foam feel almost identical to the orange ear plugs you buy at the drugstore. I may be in between sizes as the medium sleeves don't feel entirely snug, but the large set were too big. The noise cancellation feels like it's working from the earbud foams rather than from the technology of the headphones. They aren't very comfortable over long periods of time and I tend to start getting a headache after 30 minutes. I really like the compact case that it comes in, and its ability to provide 2 additional charges. There is no battery announcement when it's turned on, but I'm able to see the battery remaining on the app. Overall, I like them. I am unsure whether the little glitches only apply to me and whether they will be ironed out with an update. Until then, I'll stick to using them solely for listening to music from my Apple products.

I bought it on Prime Day for $99 (45% off.) I charged them up for two hours. The Right bud was DOA and wouldn't power on. I watched the video how to reset them, which didn't work. I returned the first pair. Received the second unit, and Left bud was DOA this time. Reset both. No luck. So, that's a 50% failure rate. This leads to believe Shure has a quality control issue with the batteries used in this earbud. I'll be returning them and buying the $35 no name brand next. I expected more from Shure. Very disappointed.

I’m a busy mom of 3 kids. I do a lot of walking along the NYC waterfront, I take 2 kids to school and I commute to the city often. I needed new headphones as a option to listen to music and or a podcast while I’m always on the go! These headphones come in a sturdy wide case that I can easily throw in my purse. They charge easily, and the headphones themselves have a decently long lasting battery of 7+\- hrs. I switched my ear pieces to the smaller set and they fit much easier into my ear. I had a easy time switching the sound up and down while wearing them and answering calls. The sound is nice and clear, the noise cancelling part is not too bad, but I do live in a very noise area. The foam piece is comforting on the ear buds but not completely noise cancelling for air plane rides. Overall the ear buds are a little bit on the bulky side, they are still sleek looking but remind me more so of a blue tooth headset. They aren’t heavy but you definitely have to be weary of them catching on some thing.

I have used these wireless earbuds for a few weeks. They have great battery life and I love that I can recharge them which doubles up my battery life. I used them while cleaning the house, cooking, and walking my dogs. They aren’t completely noise cancelling which doesn’t bother me because I feel safer being able to hear muffled sounds of anyone approaching me or trying to talk to me. I would hate to be ignoring somebody on accident. The sound is very clear and excellent quality. I love how the base sounds on my songs that have a lot of base. I didn’t really like the size of the earbuds. They are bigger than I would prefer. It’s not a huge issue, but with my long hair I need to pull back my hair if I want to feel comfortable that I won’t pull them out with my hair strands. The recharge case itself is sturdy and fits nicely in my purse. It’s too bulky for my pocket but I almost always have my purse with me to keep all my important things. I don’t trust things being put safe in my pocket.
