I am a huge fan of hexclad products and this one is no different, it’s perfect for making any dish. The heat distribution is amazing and love the non stick technology. The weight is good and solid making you know it’s nice and durable but light enough that it isn’t too heavy to move making it easy to use. The ease of cleaning it after use is great everything washes right off. Not to mention the handles not getting hot makes it perfect for anyone worried about the safety of burning their hands. I highly recommend this product if you’re in the market for a new stockpot. Only issue I had was with the shipping of the product, more of an Amazon issue compared to the hex clad brand itself took over a week to receive the item.

Love this pan! This is the slickest coating I’ve ever found. Cooks beautifully. Heavier weight than what you would expect and speaks to the quality of the product. Doesn’t require such high heat to get beautiful, even browning on a piece of meat. Highly recommended!

My biggest pot for years has been 6 quarts, and making pasta or other large-batch dishes usually meant something spilling out. I might have wanted something even bigger than 8 quarts but this one was on sale for Prime Day and looked really nice. It is, in fact, really nice. I seasoned the pot with a couple of TB of vegetable oil, brushing it up the sides with a silicone brush, then made Indian Yogurt Beef (chopped onions/garlic/ginger/chilies with spices sauteed in olive oil, then ground beef added, all browned and drained and mixed with yogurt to chill and serve cold). I used a plastic spatula as that's my most heavy duty one. Nothing stuck. I didn't get most of the heat on the side of the pot away from the stove front like with my old pot, no, everything just cooked. Pouring the meat mix into the colander to drain was a breeze, it just slid out and the last little bits were easy to dislodge. (This recipe didn't need a cover on the pot so I cannot yet report on how well the tiny hole in the lid helps). Cleanup was miraculous. A bit of soapy water, a couple of passes with a dobie pad, then running my hand around to find the remaining grease and clear it. Took maybe a minute. I dried with a paper towel and returned the pot to the sideboard to await its next use. I'm a little nervous to get a Hexclad frying pan, since my cooking reflexes have been learned over decades of needing higher heat to get results, but I'm definitely considering it now.
