  • 5 star quality
Size: 7 Liter
Extraordinary quality I have never seen before, even in a high end commercial kitchen. Made for every type of cooking. Suitable for up to 900° in the oven, including the lid. Made for all utensils even metal. Dishwasher safe. Finally, cookware that meets every need & cooking style. Very heavy & well made. Beautiful & superior function. A fabulous gift for any serious cook. I am so; impressed I plan to purchase the complete cookware set. It is superior to all other high end set I own. ... show more

  • Durable and non-stick cooking delight
Size: 7 Liter
I'm writing to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with this cooking pot. Over the years, I've accumulated quite a collection of cookware, and this pot truly surpasses them all. It's not just a matter of superior functionality and versatility; its durability is exceptional. I’ve put this pot through its paces, and it shows no signs of wear and tear, far exceeding my initial expectations. The ease of cleaning is a game-changer. Unlike other pots that require significant scrubbing and soaking, this one cleans effortlessly. The non-stick surface is truly remarkable, allowing for effortless cooking and making cleanup a breeze, regardless of whether I'm sautéing delicate vegetables or simmering a hearty stew. Beyond its performance, the ergonomic design and weight are perfect. The pot feels balanced and comfortable in my hand, even when filled to capacity. This attention to detail significantly enhances the overall cooking experience, making even the most demanding recipes a pleasure to prepare and tasty. I wholeheartedly recommend this pot to anyone seeking high-quality, durable, and user-friendly cookware. I only wish I had discovered it sooner! In fact, I’m so impressed that I’d be interested in learning more about the availability of a full set of your pots and pans in a wider range of sizes. Could you please provide me with information on this? ... show more

  • Wonderful pans!
Size: 7 Liter
I've worked in restaurants where an excellent pan gets abused because everyone uses it. This is such a pan, it will take abuse (but you won't want to do that in your kitchen!) I used it for the first time on a favorite stroganoff recipe that is challenging as the timing of the ingredients is critical to the outcome. This pan is enormous, and the cooking surface is even. The octagons distribute heat evenly to the edges. An excellent pan, worth the money. I used medium-high heat, and it was terrific. I will buy more of this brand to stock my cookware. ... show more

  • I didn't want to like this... but I do
Size: 5.5-Quart
If my wife hadn't really wanted these Hexclad pans, I would've never in my life spent this kind of money on a single pan - an entire set, maybe, but not on one pan. They are expensive, as you've probably noticed long before you got to this review! But I have to admit that it really does cook better than any of our other pans, and it's holding up well so far after several months. Food still slides right out, and there's no sign of wear at all. They are heavier than other pans, which can be harder for my wife to handle, but quality and durability often require that, so that's not necessarily a complaint, just something to keep in mind. We haven't really tested out the claim of being able to use metal utensils in it, but the coating eventually wore out in our previous non-stick pans and food starting sticking badly even using plastic/silicone utensils. So I'll be happy if the ability to use metal utensils gives us a little extra lifespan when just using softer utensils. The biggest surprise for me has been just how much lower of a heat I can use now. They're serious when they say to use a lower heat, and that's been a pretty nice benefit. I haven't seen any of the warping with these that we've tended to have with other pans that develop a pronounce wobble on the stove in short order. I've bought 2 of them now, and we'll probably replace other pans with Hexclad as we can afford them. ... show more

  • My new daily!
Size: 3.3-Quart
I absolutely love this pan! I mostly cook steaks in it on the daily. Sometimes eggs. I swear - this pan is King. I like stainless steel, but with the steak and eggs, it can be a little problematic with food sticking. I don’t cook at high temps because I’m in an apartment and I don’t want to set of the smoke alarm. I got some Green Pan ceramic nonstick pans which were nice for about 8 months. They got good reviews on ATK, so I made the leap. They just didn’t last. The pans held up as did the coating, but it became far less nonstick than it started out. This time I decided to try Hex Clad and let me just say, I’ve never experienced anything like this. I seasoned it with Duck fat and that’s what I usually cook with. I use an induction cooktop at about 275°. Low and slow. It works beautifully and doesn’t even try to stick. Cleans up easily. It’s a little heavier than I’m used to, but I’m adjusting. I have big-ish hands and I love the handles. Love the lids too! Nice handles on the lids too. I saw some guy on YouTube talking about how the handle is not great if your hands are greasy, but I don’t do that. They are smooth and round, so I could see where someone might have an issue. This particular pan has a second handle on the other side if that becomes an issue. The design is absolutely gorgeous. It feels substantial to cook with. A true pleasure to use. If I need more, I won’t hesitate. Worth the price, especially if you take proper care of it. I’ll get back to you in a year or so to share how it holds up. ... show more

  • Great pan!
Size: 5.5-Quart
I've used my pan a few times. I like the how deep it is. Can cook a lot and it doesn't over flow. The food doesn't stick to the pan and it is very easy to clean.
