  • Outstanding cookware
Size: 5.5-Quart
Incredibly versatile! It heats evenly, cleans up easily, and the hybrid surface really does what it claims: great sear with easy release. Solid, well-built, and clearly designed to last. Works flawlessly on my stove and feels like a premium piece every time I use it. Worth the investment.

  • Definitely the best pan on the market. Buy it.
Size: 3.3-Quart
I am so in love with this pan. I've been wanting a HexClad nonstick pan for quite some time, but didn't know if it would be worth the price. Well, I finally found a great deal and bought the 3.3 Quart deep saute pan with the lid...it's my favorite size and depth. I literally use it for everything. Nothing sticks to it and it cleans up like new every single time. My 23 year old son loves it, too. I love the weight of the pan and the lid...everything just feels high quality and high end. It hasn't scratched a bit since we got it and it seems like it will last forever. I am very excited to continue using it and I will be buying more pans from this line. ... show more

  • Don’t believe the hate
Size: 5.5-Quart
Best pans I’ve ever used. Period. I have the 8”, 10”, 12” and this one. Even heat, amazing searing, tough, durable, and insanely easy to clean!!!! Zero complaints.

  • A workhorse
Size: 3.3-Quart
My new go to pan for everything, from brown sauces or bechamel sauce to pancakes to roasting chili's or cooking potatoes. While I generally use silicone spatulas, metal utensils have done no damage to the coating. Hard to believe that it's non stick but pancakes and eggs slide right off.the see thru lid does stay cool even when cooking on high heat and they are tough enough to go into the oven. A perfect workhorse, I liked this one over a skillet because of its versatility, capacity with the higher sides and comes with a lid. ... show more

  • The Best cookware out there, period
Size: 3.3-Quart
I started replacing some inherited cookware this summer. I decided to go with Hexclad. I've been replacing pieces as I could afford it, plus some of my inherited pieces I kept because they weren't scratched up. I have to say I made a GREAT decision! These are the best. I replaced my stove this summer as well and went with an induction cooktop. The Hexclad never stick. It's incredible! It's easy peasy to clean. While they claim Hexclad can take metal utensils and are dishwasher safe, the instructions that come with them says if you want to maintain the new look of the cookware, you should use plastic/silicone-tipped utensils and hand wash the cookware. I've decided to do that because cleaning is so easy! Also, instructions say you should season all the cookware before using. Once again, very easy.Add 1 top of vegetable oil to the pan/pot and cover the inside. (I use a paper towel to spread it around.) Then place the oiled cookware on low heat for 3-4 minutes. That's it. Just clean out the oil (again, easy), rinse and dry. I will tell you, there's much less burning of food. The pots/pans are a little heavy (like cast iron), but it's well worth it. This cookware has made cooking fun again. ... show more

  • Worth every penny!

Best pan I’ve owned. Highly nonstick, quick to heat and easily cleaned. Also comes with clear and simple care instructions to avoid accidental damage.

  • Expensive but good
Size: 3.3-Quart
I’m a fan of the HexClad product, although it’s quite expensive. I only purchase it when items are on sale. The pan is the perfect size for stovetops, with the ideal depth for sauces. It fits nice on a typical large burner for both gas and electric stoves. It’s a combination of cast iron and non-stick, and I’ve noticed some reviews where customers complain about eggs sticking. However, I season all my HexClad skillets as if they were cast iron, and it seems to work well for eggs. On the edge of the pan, when cracking an egg will stain some and requiring a bit more cleaning to remove. Once clean, it looks great. Heating the pan at medium heat for a few minutes before cooking seems to work best, similar to a cast iron pan. It’s a 5 star product but at the price point, it’s only 5 star when on sale. ... show more
