I love my griddle. It actually lives on my stove. It’s easy to use. The size is great. I can grill 3-4 sandwiches at once and make a quesadilla quickly. Was also easy to make crepes. I don’t have any sticking issues and cooks evenly and easily.

I purchased a HexClad set directly from their website during the COVID-19 pandemic, after having repeatedly replaced cheaper brands like T-Fal every year or two. Those pans would always look terrible after a short time, and I’d end up buying a new set for around $30. However, I can confidently say that the HexClad set I bought in 2020 still looks almost brand new. They heat evenly, hold up well, and clean up beautifully. I’ve found that a little Bar Keeper’s Friend and a green scrubber work wonders on them, bringing back their shine with minimal effort. My only tip is to season them with oil during the first dozen uses. Simply wipe a small amount of olive oil onto the surface with a paper towel after each use, and over time, they’ll develop a naturally non-stick surface. While a few foods still tend to stick (as they do with most cookware), the seasoning helps make the pans much more resilient and easier to cook with. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the durability and performance of HexClad. It's been a great investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone tired of constantly replacing cookware.

Warranty Replacement Left Us Without Pots and Pans – Process Needs Improvement We ordered a warranty replacement for our HexClad pots and pans through Costco. The delivery date was supposed to be July 3rd, 2025, but now it’s delayed to July 8th, 2025. Here’s the problem: We had to return our original pots and pans to get this warranty fulfilled. Now we’re left with nothing to cook with for almost a week. That forces us to eat out, costing us extra money we weren’t planning to spend. This process doesn’t make sense for families. Costco and HexClad should either: ✔️ Guarantee delivery dates ✔️ Allow customers to keep their old pots until replacements arrive ✔️ Or offer compensation for being left without essential cookware We love Costco and HexClad, but this situation is unacceptable. Please improve this warranty exchange process so customers aren’t left stranded without the basic tools needed to feed their families.

I am adding pieces of hex clad as I can. This is absolutely the best cook ware that I have ever used. Four years ago, my sweet cousin gifted me with the 12 inch frying pan. I have used it everyday since then and I love it. Nothing sticks, it doesn't scratch and the clean up is a breeze. I use the spray bottle Dawn and all I do is spray it, rinse and dry. No need really to put it in the dishwasher. Yes, it is expensive but, piece by piece I will own it. I bought the whole set of Calphalon and am retiring it. Follow me as I continue to build my Hex Clad set.

I was excited to try Hexclad for the first time. I seasoned the griddle to specification, but still struggle with food trying to stick. That said, this griddle does heat quickly, retains heat well, and distributes heat evenly. Overall, this is a decent product, but I question if it's worth the high-end price. There are likely better options available that offer better value.
