Chair is comfortable if in most upright position. If reclined with no headrest support it is uncomfortable. Did not install foot rest due to obvious cheapness and attachment holes did not match.     • “Big & Tall”? More Like Cheap & Collapse — RUN FAR, FAR AWAY

If you are actually big and tall, RUN FAR AWAY from this chair. I’m not exaggerating. Save yourself the money and the frustration. I’ve owned this chair for less than 6 months and it’s already completely falling apart. The base is broken, and the internal wood in the seat has snapped, which is honestly unbelievable for something marketed to support bigger people. This wasn’t abused; this was normal, casual gaming use. The footrest is honestly comical. It doesn’t pull out nearly far enough to actually function as a footrest. I don’t know who designed it, but for something labeled “big and tall,” I’m pretty sure most people’s legs are longer than 8 inches. The armrests are also a joke. The bolts literally start working themselves loose and falling out without any rough use at all. You’ll constantly be tightening them just to keep them attached. And comfort? Don’t even get me started. After about 20 minutes, my entire backside goes numb. A “gaming chair” you can’t sit in is basically just overpriced decoration. This thing feels like it was made out of cardboard and false promises. Calling it “big and tall” is borderline false advertising. Honestly, you would get better value lighting your money on fire.
