On my gas cooktop, it lifted grease and residue around burners and trim more effectively than chemical cleaners. The small precision nozzle is especially effective for cracks and crevices on the dishwasher, where food debris and detergent buildup tend to collect. The steamer also excels at dislodging dirt from window sills and the corners of window frames, where dust and residue settle in areas that are difficult to reach with standard tools. The concentrated steam loosens buildup quickly, and the narrow nozzle gives excellent control in tight spaces. The squeegee attachment performs well on larger glass surfaces such as picture windows and sliding doors, softening residue so the blade can clear the surface cleanly. I also used the unit on a carpet stain, and the focused steam helped lift the discoloration. As with any fabric, it’s important to test an inconspicuous area first to ensure colorfastness. The main limitation is the floor‑mop attachment. The larger head requires continuous, high‑volume steam output, and the boiler can’t sustain that demand. During mopping, the indicator light turns ON, signaling that pressure has dropped, and you have to pause until it turns off again. This cycling doesn’t affect the handheld attachments but limits the unit’s usefulness for large floor areas. The unit is lightweight and comfortable to handle, and you can store some of the attachments inside the vacuum body. However, I do wish it came with a mesh storage bag to keep all the accessories organized.     • Easy to setup and very effective so far!
I have been interested in trying a steam cleaner for a while now, and I was lucky to get this while it was on sale. Setup was quite simple and there are many attachments for different uses. I read complaints about other steam cleaners needing to be refilled too often, but I was happy to find that the GOATCLEAN can go for quite a while on just 2/3 of the 50 oz capacity. The instructions say up to 12 minutes before it is ready, but it took only about 5 minutes for me. The first thing I tried was some long-standing stains on the kitchen tile by the wall. I used the small brass brush attachment, and I could instantly see the dirt coming out in the water. I also tried it on the grout lines and could see the difference right away. It does seem like management of the dirty water is necessary, but this is probably normal with all steam cleaners. Next I tried the floor brush attachment, which is much larger and easier to use if you are not tackling a specific stained area. One tip for prolonged use, the trigger safety is also a lock when in use, so you don't have to constantly hold the trigger. My hand got pretty fatigued before I figured that out. The lock does require a little bit of force to toggle though, so be aware if you need to disengage it quickly. The floor mop pad also works well, and I think it could be an alternative to traditional mopping. I might need to get extra pads so I wouldn't have to wait in between cleaning it. One complaint so far is the angle of the floor brush/mop attachment is a little awkward for me and I think it varies by height/arm length. So far, I am very pleased with the GOATCLEAN steam cleaner, and can't wait to try out the other functions. At some point I may attack all the grout lines in my house too! ... show more

    • Works good, lots of attachments
I just got this unit and only used it once so I’ll have to update this later. I used it to clean our couches from pet smells and general use. The tank seems to hold close to three cups (using the 500ml cup they send with the unit). I used two of these to clean both couches. It was more than enough for this job. It only took about five minutes to build up enough pressure to steam furniture. It builds plenty of steam and I’m happy with the results. It comes with several attachments, I used the smaller floor attachment with squeegee removed and the “sock” on. It didn’t take long to get both couches done. The onboard storage will hold the smaller attachments ok but You’ll need a storage area to store unit and long attachments. The four stars are because upon opening the box, one wheel had came off. It was easy to put back on and wheel seems to work good. Time will tell on durability. All in all, it’s a good buy. ... show more
