I got these bluetooth noise reduction hearing aids as a back up pair for my mom who is constantly losing her teeny tiny hearing aids. Thankfully we usually find them again but sometimes it's days so these were for those times but she actually wears these even after we find them sometimes so I'm guessing they work just as well as her much more expensive custom ones. She has big ears and these fit just fine in them, it was easy to charge and start to use out of the box. Quality seems good and because of the cost we won't be so upset if she (when she) loses these too.

These work quite well. But these are not hearing aids. These are sound amplifiers. I consider these no different from any bluetooth headset that has a pass-through function, which is when the headset takes all the sound it hears around you and amplifies it. Just like a bluetooth headset, the "Hearing aids" come with a charging case that charges via USB. The unit also comes with multiple ear cushions. So you have options get a good fit that matches your ear canals.

These are more affordable otc hearing aids, and I believe it shows. I had difficulty getting a proper seal with the earpieces. I know I have rather large ear holes and this is a problem with other ear pieces as well (not just this product). But with small to average sized ear canals I’m sure you would be ok. Since I couldn’t get a good seal I would be treated to lots of squeezing feedback in my ear, which wasn’t fun. Every now and then I could get them to seal, and they did function to amplify sound, however there was a perceived delay. Granted since they weren’t perfectly sealed I could hear the source audio and the amplified audio, and there was a tiny bit of a lag between the two. For a reference point the Apple EarPods in hearing aid mode don’t have this (but are phenomenally more expensive). Charging was super easy as just popping it in the case and the display tells u what is going on, charge level, etc. I can’t speak too much to the comfort as I just couldn’t get them to seal properly to be able to wear for extended period of time. The product seems to be good quality but it isn’t as universal “one size fits all” type thing if u are on the larger side of things. But for the price there is certainly value to be had.

These are a decent pair of basic OTC hearing amplifiers. They're helpful to a point, but this is very dependent on the level of loss. I really appreciated that there was a charging cable and wall plug included. Also, that the display is in percentage and very visible on the front of the case. I didn't get much squealing or off pitches with these, but certain sounds like papers shuffling or plastic tapped are over amplified. I thought these worked best for one-to-one conversation and watching TV/online. Nice basic device and super comfy after a few hours of wear.

These hearing aids fit comfortably into my outer ear canals, and do not fall out easily. I can wear them during my entire work day without irritation, and without losing a charge. They do have a very slight "echo" to them, but that has been true of every hearing aid that I have tried (so maybe it's me and not the device?). At any rate, they definitely work!

I liked the rechargeable case that the hearing aids fit into. The hearing aids turn on when you take them out and turn them off when you place them back into the case. It is also nice that it shows the percentage of charge on the case. Unfortunately, I was not able to get these to fit my ears. I tried all three sizes of the cushions and was not able to get them to fit properly in my ear canal. Since they wouldn’t fit, they would produce a sequel sound. When they weren’t squealing, I also noticed a slight delay or echo when watching TV. I could hear the TV and very slightly afterwards could hear the same audio through the hearing aids. I don’t know if this would be noticeable or not if they fit my ear properly. Overall, I don’t think that this is a bad product, but they just wouldn’t fit and seal in my ear.
