No accidents since I got this multisurface cleaner -- I spilled a glass of water on two different types of carpet, on a hardwood floor and a granite top -- this was quick to get the liquid out -- on smooth surfaces it picked up the water and dried the surface (the warm motor air blows out the bottom) -- one carpet is not attached and sits on a waterproof rubber pad -- after several passes the pad was dry -- I was very supprised at the lifting power of this cleaner -- the page Photos and Videos are accurate -- it does what it is advertised to do -- any water or cleaner to be applied comes out of the top at the press of a button -- there is not a seperate tank for water and cleaner -- it comes out similar to an Iron -- there is no liquid that comes out around the brushes -- clever compact unit for smallish clean-ups -- if you think you might need this quick, and with a longer cord, just store it with an appropriate extensioin cord installed -- you can have this out and running in less than a minute -- my reason to have it is because I am old and have on more than one occasion, needed a quick cleanup on the recliner that I sleep on (gross I know but that's life when your body gets to a place where it underperforms) -- the design is so basic that there doesn't seem to be anything that might fail, short of dropping it -- I believe that this design is better than something with a handle to use upright or one of those units you just place over a stain and it does it's own thing for a preset time, then if he stain is bigger you have to move it and start another cycle -- if you need more liquid than this provides, use a seperate spray bottle -- I am very happy that I ordered knowing that I woldn't have to pull out the big Carpet Cleaner to gather up small accidents

The media could not be loaded. Well it's got a nice design and it's not very heavy so holding it and carrying it wasn't a problem. The clean water tank sits in the back of the system and it holds about two and a half cups of water And that's where you would add your cleaning solution whatever cleaning solution you prefer just follow the instructions on how much water per solution you would add. The dirty water reservoir is on the front of the system which is easy to remove and empty and clean out. And it holds about the same as the clean water tank about two and a half cups. It comes with two extra attachments two extra brush heads. Okay so it does a pretty good job with cleaning, But just remember the head brushes don't move so you're kind of working the machine yourself It's basically putting out the cleaning solution water and then picking up the dirty water but as far as any vibration or spinning of the brushes the brush head it does not so everything is done by hand as far as working on the stains or whatever you're trying to clean up. So that's why I said it's not a problem holding it and moving it because that's how you're going to get it clean. But with all that said it does a Pretty good job especially if you're just getting spots up If you're looking to do your entire carpet with it I'm sure you could do it and just be a lot of work depending on the size of the carpet that is. But I like it I think it's a good value for the money It's not very loud about the same as maybe a cordless vacuum or something is the best I can compare it to. But if you're looking for something just to pick up those small stains or small little dirty areas around the house furniture and stuff cat tree in my opinion this would be perfect..
