At 73 years old, I was hesitant to buy this bike because I wasn’t sure if I could handle the assembly. But I’m thrilled to say it turned out to be much easier than I expected, even with my poor eyesight and knee issues. The bike arrived on Thursday (I chose the “room of choice” delivery option, and the delivery team was fantastic). I started assembling it on Friday, and the process was straightforward. Everything you need is included—tools, clear instructions, and even helpful videos if you need extra guidance. The only tricky part was threading the carriage bolts for the seat, which took me about 20 minutes because I struggled to keep the bolt level. It took me several hours to put the bike together, but that’s mostly because of my knee replacement and arthritis, which make it hard to crouch or sit on the floor. (Just a heads-up: You can’t assemble this bike while standing unless you can lift it onto a sturdy platform.) Once assembled, it’s easy to move around thanks to the handle on the back, which lets you lift and wheel it wherever you need. I agree with other reviewers—this bike is incredibly quiet, stable, and sturdy. For reference, I’m 5’9” and about 250 lbs. My heels sometimes brush the floor if I don’t position my feet properly on the pedals, but it’s a minor issue. The resistance is just right for my needs. Unlike my old spin bike, there’s no awkward settling that makes the flywheel hard to turn. I’m not looking for intense workouts anymore, so this bike is perfect for my current fitness level. This recumbent bike arrived very quickly with all working parts. It is comfortable and easy to use, the instruction manual and assembly video are clear. Also it is quite movable and quiet when being used. Rrecommend!
