My wife (5’11’@ 126 lbs.) and I (5’10’’ @ 195 lbs.) have trained on the bench for 5 weeks now and have the following observations. The bench was easy to assemble, has a well thought out design, excellent padding, heavy duty sturdy construction for a Home style gym bench setup, excellent lateral stability, the action on the leg extension/curl is very smooth with no lateral movement during utilization and is easy to adjust during workouts. It should be noted the center of gravity for the leg extension/curl equipment when utilizing 75 lbs. and up is somewhat forward, which has the potential of a slight forward tipping, if you are not careful in how you mount the seat. I don’t see this as a negative since the bench is far superior to all other Home style gym benches on the market and this is a common issue for benches of this style. We would rate our workout experience with Harison bench as excellent for a Home gym setup and strongly recommend the Harison bench. A comment for all those who purchase a Home style bench setup and compare it endlessly to a commercial bench – if you want the performance of a commercial bench, go spend the additional money, the Harision bench exceeds in the intended Home style gym setting.

Pros: Solid and stable (most important thing), easy assembly, easy to adjust, comfortable cushioning, not too heavy not too light, wheels, good price for quality, etc. Cons: Huge gap between pads, ugly lettering on preacher curl cushion, upright position is…too upright.

The size is quite long length wise in terms of width it doesn’t take too much room so it’s probably good in the center or side of a room. You can definitely do all of the workouts you need with it and it’s pretty high quality no issues right now and I’ve had it for some time regularly working out daily. In terms of price I got it for a discount which made it worth it compared to competitors and the quality is pretty superb!

The sale price is hard to beat. There's a few videos on YouTube that take a second to understand but it makes sense and the bench comes together quick. VERY VERY comfortable to sit or lay down on for all kinds of exercises. The angle changes for the back rest is a little slower than I'd like, but it's manageable. Preacher curl pad works, you wont get full extension but its not critical. Leg extension/curl works, but again, could be improved slightly. All in, for the price, you've got a ton of options to get a full workout. Most systems like this are far more expensive. Definitely happy with my purchase!

This bench was easy to assemble. I primarily bought it for leg extensions and hamstring curls and have no problem doing either. For reference I am 5'6". If you are over 6' it might be harder for leg extensions. If you load over 60 lbs or so on the front it may want to tip forward but that is easily fixable by putting a plate or two on the back leg. The padding is cushy yet supportive. Overall I am totally satisfied with the performance. During assembly, I broke the sleeve that goes on the front peg that adjusts the diameter to use olympic plates. I tightened the screw too hard and it broke out of the plastic. I emailed customer service, and even though it was at least partially my fault for over-tightening, they quickly sent me out a replacement for no charge. I dealt with Scarlett and she was very responsive and registered my bench under warranty for me as well.

Ordered this on a deal. They sent me an almost identical bench that had a different connection between the two halves. Not only does it not fold completely (the square tubing hits the bolts) but there isnt anywhere to put the lock pin, which is undersized, wiggles in the holes, and falls out when the bench is tilted. The customer service, supposedly "24/6" is basically nonexistent. No one answers either number I found. The "live chat" on the website isn't even a link or anything, so that's a lie. And emails with questions are responded to a say or so later without any answers or even acknowledgement that they were read and understood. After replying to their email asking why they won't address my concerns, the response was I need to make a video and prove the problems because they've never had any problems I described. Probably because people just return instead of giving them a chance after the lack of customer service. Returning for it is a scam to unload poorly engineered benches on people too lazy to return them.
