I really liked this pan. Unfortunately the non-stick surface only lasted about 2 years. It's peeling off now. I NEVER put it in the dishwasher (i don't care what the specs say, non-stick stuff is just not going to last if you put it in a dishwasher) and I only use wood, nylon, or silicon utensils when cooking in it. The little heat indicator only worked for a few months, but i couldn't care less about that gimmicky feature. I only paid $17.00, so I guess that's pretty good value. Now i have to decide if I'll just order another one or find something else.

I love this pan. Nothing sticks to it which is the best part and I use it on my induction top. Comfortable handle grip, good weight, very durable, very nice looking, dishwasher safe, not too shallow with good side depth. Cooked eggs with no spray or butter and they cooked perfectly and didn't stick.

This pan looks nice and I love the feel of the handle. I am trusting that the coating will last for a long time and isn't leaching toxins into my food. The "the pan is hot" indicator on the handle is a cute touch, but, honestly, I don't think you should be in the kitchen if you can't comprehend that a pan on the fire has the potential of being hot. I'd like to suggest that a more useful adjustment be made to this item. Like another pouring lip. I don't see that the *one* lip compromises the beauty and utility of the pan. Would having a lip on the other side do so? For, you see, despite their notorious penchant for the arts and the abstract, lefties do often cook. And yes, lefties do comprise a generous portion of the world's geniuses, and so most will be quite capable of figuring out how to pour from the pan from the wrong side. But this all begs the question, why should we have to do that? Why all this handist callousness to the needs and desires of a portion of our population? Why would something useful be included only for the convenience and joy of the mono-handedness righties? True, most lefties by necessity have a good amount of agility with their right hands - while many righties would probably starve to death should they suddenly have to cook left-handed - but why shouldn't we be able to fully enjoy this gorgeous pan, and not have to face the extra obstacle of either having to pour cross-handed or risk spilling contents on the counter? Lefties of the world, UNITE! We deserve inclusive cookware!

I have tried so many so called non-stick pans but this one takes the cake. Best one where you can cook anything without any fear of sticking. Once it got overheated and had a thick layer of carbon but once cleaned it came back to its original function. I am buying the whole set.
