The suction power isn’t something to be excited about, but it’s good for the price. It gets the job done and that’s what matters. Comes with great attachments. You can even mount the charger to a wall. If you’re looking a small vacuum for general use it’s perfect. But if you have a lot of pets don’t expect it to clean your couch cushions very well. I bought it to clean my very small area rug ( it’s pretty fluffy) to get the stuff that wouldn’t come out just from shaking it outside, and it can’t do that I didn’t really expect it to either. Needed a replacement hand vac when my other one died! We have two cats so needed to be powerful shopped around and ended up with this one! It does the trick quick quiet and convenient! I use it on our furniture, stairs and around the floor boards! Cleans up nice as well!

I have owned since last November. Have only used it a handful of times. Last week, it just started turning on by itself and won't stay on when I want it too. Would be a good little vacuum if it didn't start malfunctioning. EDIT: Portutif-US personally reached out and corrected issue. I used this thing twice and it kept running and then tried to plug in to charge now it won't charge. Very upset about it. I have update review to 4 stars because customer service assisted with getting me a new one sent out and it is working. I appreciate their prompt respone to this matter.

We really like this little hand-held vacuum, but charge does not last very long, even when fully charged. Also, somewhat awkward to assemble after it has been cleaned. This vac runs longer on a charge than any other hand vacuum I've had. The suction power is good as long as you aren't sucking up fine powder, which clogs the filter quickly, reducing air flow. I don't see this as a problem, since I'd rather know the filter is catching the dust. Cleaning is easy, but since you must wait for the HEPA filter to dry, I'm buying spare filters to change out and keep vacuuming. I didn't know how to twist off the filter from the holder until I watched the video. I didn't clean it correctly and it lost suction power, wouldn't pick up anything. After I cleaned it with a brush that I received, it worked better. I ordered 3 more filters just in case I needed them. It doesn't work on heavy stuff, but will do the job for small stuff, never expected to do anything more. I'm satisfied. ... show more
