    • Helps with stubborn stains
I was pretty impressed with the extra cleaning boost this provides. Was finally able to work out some stubborn stains in the bathroom and grout. It's simple to use. Puts out a lot of steam. And can run for about an hour at the highest setting. Adding some cleaning vinegar to the water made it even more helpful. I didn't find it to be very effective for baked on grease in the air fryer/kitchen though. I wish it had a trigger for the steam rather than having to turn the whole thing off. And the attachments got pretty worn after a lengthy cleaning session. It would be nice if you could get replacements or other attachments like a cloth head. But it's handy and a nice tool to have on hand for cleaning. ... show more

I really liked this steamer. It was portable, held a lot of water for its size. It heated up quick. The steam was hot! The only thing I wish were different was perhaps a pause spray button on handle and maybe a longer cord. The water fill location in my opinion should be on the side perhaps a pull open/down shoot. It was unfortunate that there became an issue with the plug. Not the cord but the plug inside the machine. It did amazing for the 2 weeks I had it. The company issued me a refund immediately. I think it was a decent steamer for the price. I just got a fluke. I decided to buy another one similar. I do not think it is better. I say give it a whirl. The worse that can happen is you get a refund. It really took care of the dirt w while it worked ... show more

I purchased this steamer a couple of weeks ago and it has been great. I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on this one. The deciding factor for me was water capacity compared to some of the less expensive units that I have had in the past. Since my purchase, I have found many uses for this unit but I am most impressed by how well it cleaned my grout. The first time I used this machine the pump made a thumping noise for around 30 seconds before it primed itself. I was initially concerned by this but all has been well after about a dozen times using it. Wear the provided gloves while using, or be careful not to touch the metal wand extension as it gets really hot. Also, the unit spits a small amount of water right before steam is produced so be aware of where you are aiming it while waiting for steam. Pros: Price point. Large tank capacity eliminating the need to refill as often. Long power cord and hose that are detachable. Good steam pressure. Multiple attachments. Cons: Metal extension wand gets very hot and can burn you if you're not careful. ... show more
