I only gave this 4 stars because other steam cleaners I’ve owned before had a trigger. This does not do it’s a constant stream. The steam doesn’t last that long either so you have to keep filling it up. But it’s worth it. It does the job that no heavy duty chemicals could ever do. The unit heats up fast. There are 2 things I really do not care for. The unit once it heats up just sprays out steam and a lot of water with the steam. This can create a mess. The second thing is the wand has no trigger associated with it. So if what you are cleaning is right next to what you just cleaned you will mess up anything in between. It cleans what steam can clean, which is not necessarily everything (tough outdoor vertical blind slats). But the item works as advertised, with great attachments. One thing: might consider a larger warning label on the handle - use work gloves with this because the steam end stays quite hot for longer than you might expect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Steamed my skin off burning the heck out of me after the hose thingy popped off with a burst of steam 🤦🏾♂️. Steamer too strong for cheap parts attached to it. The media could not be loaded. This comes with a large brush attachment that is about 2.5 inches wide and made of hard plastic bristles. It also has two smaller ones about the diameter of a US quarter - one in hard plastic and one in metal. The bristle attachments were really useful for cleaning but made the machine emit a lot of high decible screetching. Definitely need earplugs when using the attachments. I liked using the long nozzle attachments because I didn't have to get close to the stuff I was cleaning. I used it to clean my range hood vent which is a metal filter that was massively clogged with cooking grease. This worked well. It took a while because of the small tip but it did the job. In the video I show using hot water from the faucet which is about 120 degrees F and had no impact on the grease. I also tried a degreaser which didn't seem to make any difference unless I scrubbed. Using the steam cleaner was far easier and less messy. It was a little odd how when you turn it on, it is completely silent for almost a minute before the hot water starts to come out. It would also periodically stop spraying water and then start again. I assumed to heat up the water? Overall I really like the steam cleaner. I was able to remove crayon from the grout lines in my shower which I previously was unable to remove despite trying everything I could think of. The nut holding the wand in place is cheap aluminum, and broke in the first 30 seconds of using it. Yes I can go get a replacement nut, but I shouldn't have to after an $80 dollar order.

    • Wow. Lots of steam and fast.

I wanted this to steam clean things like my stovetop and under the hood of my car. I've tried other steam units before, but they left me unhappy. The directions suck, in general, but it's not hard to figure out. Remove top rubber plug. Fill with water. Plug in and set dial to desired strength. Steam. Now what I wasn't thrilled about (hence the 4 stars instead of 5): There needs to be a guard of some sort where the handle meets the brass connection on the wand. I have burned myself accidentally more than once when my hand slipped up there. Also, as with most steamers, there is a lag at times as the unit cycles through the heating cycle, so you'll get a long period of high steam, then a slow period before it picks up again. Lastly, the water tank is attached with a few screws, so if you don't use all of the water in the tank, there's no easy way to drain it. (Yes, you can turn it upside down and shake it, but you won't get it all, and I'm too lazy to unscrew it every time I want to get all the water out.) Overall, I'm happy with the steamer.
