Being a licensed cosmo I was scared at first because it doesn’t give specifics. USE GLOVES like it says. I used gloves and after doing half my head I washed my hands and saw a blue tint come off, again SCARED ME! I have a demi color over my bleached blonde (natural brunette) and want to go back blonde with in the next year…. When you see a deep blue (like a blue base black dye) come off it scares you. I trusted the process. It’s a gorgeous DEEP Dark brown. I assume it lightens as you wash but it doesn’t give specifics. It bleeds too much to be permanent… but I could be wrong (prays to hair gods not permanent). WEAR GLOVES WHEN RINSING as well. Normally when rinsing a hair color you can go without gloves because the water…. NOT THIS! My fingers are practically black and I was in the shower for a while rinsing!!! Cons: 1. isn’t specific if you wash after rinsing (I rinsed till almost clear and shampooed and conditioned and it seems fine). 2. Staining is an understatement on hands when rinsing (came off my face and neck surprisingly in the shower while rinsing) 3. Doesn’t state if it’s a temp, semi/demi, or permanent PROS: 1. Even color 2. Smells amazing 3. Almost covered my greys fully on my regrowth 4. Super gloss I highly recommend and when I go blonde again I can’t wait to try the colors as hot roots

I’m truly upset by the outcome I had with this product. I watch Brad mondo and have for years. I was truly so excited when he came out with hair dye. $30 for a little tub of hair dye is a lot for me so it took me a while to buy it. I finally did. I used it with the exact directions. I’ve done my hair many times before without missing spots and I made sure to soak every hair strand. Left it in for the 20. When I got in the shower the first thing I noticed that I didn’t like was it was staining my hands my tub and my whole body. It took every bit of 30 mins to get my hair even somewhat clear. I got out and I was very upset by the results. My hair is so incredibly uneven. I understand how hair works and I understand that if parts of your hair are more porous those strands will grab onto color more. My hair is not extremely damaged nor dry. And this is not a problem I’ve had in the past with ANY dyes I’ve used. Whether it was $3 permanent box dye or semi permanent professional color. My hair also feels dryer than it did before and did not give me any of the benefits it claims to. The top 3/4 of my hair are a medium brown but the ends of my hair are extremely dark and it looks horrendous.I’ll still watch Brad mondo I love his videos but I won’t be ordering again.

Wow this stuff is great!! My hair is really dry and has a lot of breakage. I recently changed it to a dark brown/black to match my roots so I can stop dying it so much but of course as color fades especially with breakage my previous highlights have been peaking through. I wanted to try this to get hair refreshed without adding more damage and drying it out further. It looks like I just dyed it! And it’s quite soft but I also used my k18 so that probably helped too. My hair is not greasy or heavy but I did rinse like I would after dying my hair. A little bit went a long way! My hair is fine but thick and sits a few inches off my shoulders. I probably used a 1/4 of the jar to do my whole head. I quickly used some rubbing alcohol to get the bits off my neck and forehead as I forgot to put some Vaseline on when I started. It stained my hands a bit when I rinsed but not too bad so I’ll just use gloves for application and rinse next time. Reviews said it will stain your tub pretty bad but I didn’t have that issue really. I’ll be purchasing again for sure! Treat it like hair dye and you shouldn’t have too many issues

I had blond ends and gold dark blond roots so I got two results. If you have really blond hair, it does kind of turn black. I'm really surprised it didn't take to my roots much at all but that could be my fault, not the product. Overall it was easy to use and didn't have a strong smell. My hair feels soft after use too. Color can be unpredictable depending on your base color

I used to dye my hair blonde then red then brown but every brown used to go like a dirty blonde/brown color. My hair was too damaged and dry and it stopped absorbing any color at all, I tried so hard to bring it to a dark color so I wouldn’t have to dye my roots blonde anymore but it was getting impossible, I saw this product on YouTube and bought it and it’s unbelievable! My hair is dark and super soft and I still have some dye left in the jar! Smells amazing and it was the easiest to work and wash! So happy!

Not for me. The pigment is fantastic if you’re just trying to give your hair life but I was trying to cover some grays and it definitely did not work for that but I put a bit on every time I wash my hair in my conditioner just to help with color everytime because I don’t want to throw it away.
