Just purchased in July 2022 - The installation directions are updated and there were no inaccuracies except that one of the two rubber washers is already installed. The flow restrictor removal was much easier now - I did it with only one pull of the needle nose pliers from the shower head piece. That's where the rubber washer stays behind. I kept the sand filter disk in the shower mount piece. There was enough teflon tape to wrap it for a second try which was successful with no leaks. The foam bag that held the shower mount piece made the perfect cushion to keep the pliers from marring the finish when tightening the two connections on the mount piece. That shower mount has a swivel ball in it, so when you tighten it on the connection, you can rotate it back into any position. It is especially nice, once installed, that you can change the angle of the shower head as it rests in the holder. As long as you place the correct fitting (the smooth cylinder) in on the shower head piece, it stays in place in the holder perfectly. That connection only required hand tightening. The hexagonal fitting goes on the shower mount piece, and that does require a wrench tightening using the protective foam bag as a cushion. Once installed with the flow restrictor removed, my water pressure was even better than my old shower head, which probably was getting clogged over the years. The design of the spray settings is very ingenious, as the water pattern changes over gradually between the 7 stops. On side favors the lighter shower and mist settings, and ends in a pause. The other side favors the higher pressure and massage, and a power setting, followed by a pause. The final power setting is strong enough to wash off almost anything from your body. I'm glad that I read many reviews first on Amazon as well as other sites like Home Depot. I think that this shower head is a really good buy, and I had no problem with leaks at all. They have obviously updated the directions, which I attached images of here. Sadly, most of the name brands I looked at cost more, and don't even have the ability to remove the flow restrictor. I'm very happy I chose this one, and I do recommend it for purchase, particularly if you want your full shower pressure. I installed it in less than 10 minutes. Thanks to all the previous reviewers for their informative posts. I just wanted to update you all with this 2022 information.

I had two issues with my shower where one was a broken Moen shower head and the other water pressure issues. I was having difficulty finding a replacement Moen brand polished brass shower head online here and other places but came across Couradric. After reading a review for it is compatible with a Moen hose connector I took a chance and purchased it. I received the box and not only had a nice shower head, but a metal hose and connector to the shower arm. I only needed the shower head and it fit perfectly with the Moen metal hose. The other issue was flow where even with this new shower head water was barely coming out. The box did come with instructions to remove the flow regulator. I noticed the instructions did not match this shower head where it had a metal blocker inside it acting like the regulator. I used a paper clip and pulled it out but still saw four little holes. I tried it anyway and saw some improvement but still dribbling out. It turned out the hose connected on top was clogged by lime acting like a regulator and after cleaning it and shower head woke up. I decided to keep shower as is without the regulator and now get a powerful stream of water. The switch to adjust the spray jets moves easily and the shower head is very lightweight compared to the old Moen model.

shower head was easy to install and when I use it the first time.it come with small PTFE Tape,that is intimate design. Water pressure was strong and no leaks.The handheld shower head is light and large spray face. Both heads provided strong water pressure and high water flow. Overall, I give this shower head combo a 5 star due to it's strong water pressure and low price. It gives a luxurious shower experience and I recommend this shower head combo to all who wants the best shower experience.

Normally I don't give a lot of five stars. This one gets the five stars because it matched and exceeded my expectations. I was struggling with low pressure in my shower (dropping over time), and I was debating whether to replace the diverter. I figured I'd give this one a try since it was decently priced and had good reviews). It got rid of my limp shower stream! And that is without removing the restrictor, even. So turns out my old shower head was clogged. Now to set expectations, it's not as amazing as other makes it sound. The finish is nice, but it's just as good as any other shower head you'd find at Costco.. and just as plasticy. I don't know if the internals are any better, I didn't try to open it. I have no idea how long it will last, but if it lasts a year, I'm happy. It also doesn't have a stream adjustment, it has six settings, but they are fixed... And no way to totally stop the stream. If you are okay with those limitations, it's a great little shower head, and much better than the ones in the similar price range you find at Costco.
