This Steam Cleaner is awesome! It heats up very fast, is very powerful, and makes a lot of hot steam, which removes oil stains efficiently. But please note, wait for it to cool down when you refill the water since the steam is really hot. I usually use cool water to wash it to let it cool down. It also has some brushes, which can cover all you need. Overall, I used it twice, and it exceeded my expectations.

This little guy has been put through its paces at my house in its first week: sparkling-up rings & necklaces that accumulate lotion, skin cells, etc without chemicals or abrasive materials (use a pair of 8" + tweezers to avoid burns); returning shower grout to like-new; defrosting the freezer's ice maker without using sharp objects; powering out the gunk that hides beneath the ring on sink drain assemblies... That it doesn't take up much space is helpful in justifying having one more tool. The water tank holds several minutes' worth of water at full-power steam, and you don't have to shut it off to refill the reservoir, saving time.

I have thought about buying this high pressure steam engine for a long time. I don’t know if it’s easy to use, I don’t know if it can be used. After all, I have never used it before, and I have never seen others use it. I don’t have any experience. One of the things that prompted me to make up my mind was that I didn’t want to use chemicals to clean, and the other It was my daughter who put the crayon in the microwave and beat it. She wanted to soften it and pinch something. Unexpectedly, it exploded inside, causing the entire wall of the microwave to be covered with wax. There is no way to clean it. Replace it. One was too troublesome, and I couldn't solve it after thinking about several ways. Cleaned up quickly after using this, thumbs up!

Can't give a higher rating due to inconsistent steam pressure. Would only use for small jobs as unit is fragile. Heat protective gloves provide no protection and tore after one use.

This little steamer is very good for cleaning windows, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, or anything else you want to clean. It basically reduced the cleaning time by 50% and everything comes out spotless. My housekeeper increased her hourly rate to $20 per hour, and she is a light cleaner, so I decided to only use her once a week versus twice a week. So I was faced with doing more housekeeping, but with this steamer and the vacuum robots, I get it done very quickly. The steamer does stop for a bit every few minutes and then it starts steaming again, but keep in mind that it is not a commercial steamer. I love the size since I can put it on top of the kitchen counter to steam the counter, inside the shower to steam the glasse and it doesn’t take any space. I truly highl

I really like the capacity of the water container. I really like the variability of the amount of steam it puts out. It heats up very quickly and I really like the attachments that come with it. I really really like the fact that you do not have to wait for it to cool down to add more water so you can just keep on cleaning until you're done. A lot of other units I've tried you have to wait for the units cool down to add more water otherwise the unit gets broken and I'm very glad this product was designed to not have that problem. I really like how long the wand is and the hose for this unit. Also, the power cord is a great length.
