I was a little skeptical about this prior to installing it. I've installed a few shower heads for remodels, and >$200 is more than 2x the price for other high quality options. After using it, I'm really happy with it! It definitely is a luxury shower head and it helps to conserve water. I don't notice any difference in water pressure when showering. It's weird to have an app for a shower, but it lets you track your water use (if you want to put the time into doing that), and also lets you set a LED alert (change in color) when you go over X amount of gallons during a shower. The shower itself looks and feels very high quality - the finish is a satin nickel, and it arrived with no flaws or scratches. The parts feel very solid and heavy. The only issue I have with it is that the hose that connects the base to the handheld shower head is not metal and kinks very easily. You will have to reshape it before it sits how you would like. Installing it was also very easy and required zero tools - I wish all shower heads would come with the attachment handle that Hai does. The app is pretty easy to use, and tracks the water usage well. I'm not sure how much I'll use it going forward, but setting up the water usage limit warning is good enough for me. Overall, I am very happy with the showerhead and will recommend it to my friends! However, I would not recommend it if you are doing something like a remodel/flip, or are planning on using it for a rental. The app ties the shower to a specific account.

I've never put much thought into showerheads, but always notice when shower pressure is subpar in any shower. I've exchanged a couple shower heads to get better water pressure little by little, but was never really happy with the amount of water or pressure. Then I was recommended to try this one and I noticed the following: 1) multiple colors to choose from 2) easy to install 3) very user friendly app & connecting + setup 4) really really good water pressure (and a great mist feature I found out I don't mind using for a more relaxing shower) It's pretty great and I appreciate the stats showing how much water was used/saved from my shower. My favorite part is that there is a light that activates on the head when it's the correct temperature I set in the app.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this thing it’s gimmicky but I thought maybe i would fall in love. Unfortunately it is not at all worth the price. It tracks your water use and a light comes on when you hit a certain number of gallons. I ended up hating that feature because i felt rushed when that light comes on and the whole point is this is a “luxury spa” shower head. nothing says luxury spa about being rushed. also the ball joint leaked out of the box so i returned, save your money and get a $20 shower head and put a timer on your phone for your water use. I love this shower head so far! Look wise it seems very high-quality as it’s stainless steel, comes in various colors to choose from, and has LED lights. The slider control on it is nice as well because it allows you to easily change the water setting. Installation is also very easy. As someone who tries to be more environmentally friendly, I love how there’s finally a shower head that can now let you track your water usage straight from your phone. My favorite part is that it tells me when my water is warm (In the winter I no longer sit there naked and freezing as I slowly wait for the water to warm up)! It may seem like a pricey product but I believe it’ll last a long time while it provides other benefits like saving money on your water bill!

This smart shower head generates its own power using the flow of water. It has a little hydroelectric generator built inside. This means no batteries! I appreciate the light coming on when the water is the temperature I set it to. No more rude cold wake ups! It communicates with my iPhone with shower statistics and how much water I save. For a shower head that conserves water, I can't complain about the water pressure, it's great. It is well designed and attractive, too. My only concern was an email I got asking if I used the APP as it might be discontinued. I do use it, and I voted to keep it. My roommate loves to take long showers so he is aware of how much water he is using. He's conserving more water now.

First, the positives. I did not need to use plumber's tape. Easy to set up with You Tube video (paper instructions from Hai, not so much). Scanned the QR and ended up at some gamers site and in the end caused me issues. Negs: You cannot adjust the head to point in the direction of the water flow into the shower area. Do not like the hose connected to the handheld. Not forgiving or complying.

I recently bought a Hai shower head and the relax infusion. It’s been a total game changer for my nighttime routine. First, the mist setting is my favorite. Every night I feel like I’m in my own little spa. It has just the right amount of water pressure and its much more modern looking than my previous shower head. The infusion is the best part of the entire experience. This little gem has taken my showers to a whole new level of relaxation. I absolutely love the scent and is the perfect way to wind down my day. It’s such a soothing experience and I sleep like a baby every time I use it.
