I used the product today and was shocked at the performance. I did bathroom floors, kitchen floor and some appliances and it worked so excellent that I almost cried. We moved into a house where the people hadn’t cleaned in years and the dirt was just grown in on a lot of surfaces and the steam just pulled a lot of it up.     • A little awkward to use

This is to replace my old H2O steam mop. It is larger and my old attachments do not fit it. Since it is larger and heavier it’s awkward to use and I don’t think it produces as much steam and isn’t as hot as my old one. It’s only useful on the highest setting. Since I liked my first H2O steamer I didn’t research any other ones so maybe there are better ones available. I will keep it because I like using steam to clean. Overall it’s better than not having one, giving it four stars is being optimistic. ... show more

The H20 HD 5 IS A BIG FAT FAIL! I purchased this product 8/1/2022. Thane Direct the info-commercial company has deplorable customer service! My product is under warranty and is only 90 days old. It failed completely after only 90 days. Used this product only four times in 90 days and it just stopped working altogether. No more steam! No explanation from the company. No interest in resolving the issue. Emailed Customer Support for Warranty and Help Desk more than SIX Times!!! No willingness to resolve this matter. They also want you to pay for them to ship you a part. I was willing to pay the fee but they don't have a method to pay with a credit card if you don't use paypal. I asked them to ship it collect. They failed to respond or reply to my emails. NO phone number works. You call the 800 number listed on the Terms/Conditions and it fails to work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS DESIGNED TO FAIL WITHIN 90 DAYS. THANE APPARENTLY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND IS UNWILLING TO HONOR THE WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR! DO NOT BUY! H20 HD is a waste of money! DO NOT purchase unless wasting your money matters not! Also, Amazon sucks with their AI systems that use foreign call centers with no ability to transfer to the US. Amazon is too big to care and has moved so far away from Customer Service that it is a despicable enterprise. I have used it twice: once in the kitchen and bathroom floors. The kitchen looks like they just put the floor down and the bath was so clean....I couldn't believe it. Second time I used it was in my den on the badly soiled w/w carpet. I was amazed the dirt and pet orders were gone....it was to the point I was going to put vinel down. Now I can live with the 18 year old short carpet. I here to say people should get green and brown H2O mop....you won't regret it !!!! . ... show more
