The first chair the sent would not recline. They worked with me to troubleshoot the problem and sent me a replacement remote that that thought might be the problem. 3/27/2025Like "tilt in space" of medical equipment capability AKA Zero Gravity, lay flat, lift, "levitate" mode, ergonomic. Just received mine yesterday. I sleep in Zero G, best unbroken sleep during the last 10 years. I'm disabled and use every capability I opened with. I had an issue. I contacted seller in the evening thru Amazon tool (I never try calling sellers). Had a positive response from seller middle of the next day. I modified my old recliner to see if Zero G would help my sleep issues, then I found the best at my tight budget. I am independent and active. For people who need attendant help, there is a power switch which can prevent a patient from changing position or perhaps getting up without assistance. The lay flat and chair elevated easy for transfer. For me I left the arm off the chair so I can get out in a hurry when nature calls. Hope you enjoy yours. I often eat my meals in the chair so adjusting it to be like a dinner chair (photo) is wonderful also good position for working on my PC. While assembling I exercised the controls checking out how to move to Zero G. I can really go back far even into Trendelenburg position. If you are so inclined. Low quality, not comfortable, and controles do not allow to adjust for comfort. I do not think this chair will last a year.

We just received this chair yesterday, a week ahead of schedule, our FedEx is wonderful also. It took both my husband & I about 35 minutes to put together, only took that long because of making sure cords were in correct position. It is very solid, very sturdy, very tight well built chair that goes above our expectations. My husband is 6’4” & last few years having a difficult time finding comfort in his sleep time, last night was his first in years of having great sleep, lays completely flat for him, hugs him well he said. The motor is so incredibly quiet you don’t hear it, the vibration & heat functions are amazing. This is an unbelievably amazing deal. It has made my husband’s aging needs much easier. I will hopefully be given the option to update this review after more time and more use, but I’m just so thankful for the quality, & this experience of ordering on line. ... show more

I am currently stuck in a reclined, quite laid back position as the power just stopped working on this chair. The power on the wall works fine, it's the chair. Now, ordinarily I might be able to jump out, possibly breaking the construction of the chair....but I just had MAJOR back surgery and could destroy my back in the process of getting out of this thing. Idk how I am going to get out, this is still an ongoing situation. The pads for the vibration/heat are too hard on the surface but I was willing to overlook that because of the range of motion this thing has. That part was AMAZING! But I tried to contact customer support and they are saying it will be 48 hours before someone can help me. This is unacceptable!!! This is UNSAFE! Please look elsewhere if this is needed for a medical reason. If you're perfectly nimble it might not be an issue.... it has good parts like the storage, large size, and range of motion.... but being stranded with no customer support is currently a complete nightmare! ... show more

I ordered this chair since it had the power lift function, zero gravity feature, and was extra wide. The chair is very soft and plushy. The arm rest, seat, and back are thick enough that I can't feel any of the support bars underneath them. The chair does come with a couple support brackets to ensure it's sturdy and doesn't tip over when it's reclined back fully. I ordered the brown chair and it definitely is brown and not some off color which is good. The shipping was fast with this chair, but that's only because it was shipped out from their warehouse which is about 20 miles from where it was delivered. Putting it together was pretty easy, but lining up the brackets on the arm rest to the seat was a little challenging. After putting the arm rest and back onto the seat, the next step was attaching the cables. There are only about six cords to attach. Super easy. Upon first test, the massage feature isn't that great. It's just vibration to your back, hip, leg, and calves. I'm not a big fan of these "massage" chairs since it's really not a massage. Next was to try to reclining features. Unfortunately, I received a defective unit. One of the wires was not soldered in correctly and popped out. I had no idea where it was supposed to connect to so I contacted the seller. The seller provided some installation directions, but none addressed the loose wire, so they sent me a new seat. The new seat was delivered within two weekdays and this time the chair worked perfect. I was able to recline back pretty far and the zero gravity function worked well. My legs were definitely elevated higher than my heart which is what I was looking for. The reclining features operate pretty slow either direction. The power lift function is also very slow so if you're fully reclined and someone happens to ring your doorbell, it'll take a good two minutes to actually get off the chair. There is no "home" button so if you want to set the chair back to it's regular position, you have to hold the button down for each of the three reclining option until in it's original position. ... show more
