Just got Mr. Bun buns new home. I absolutely love this! Instructions were very easy to understand. The box was very well packaged with no damage or missing parts. No comparison to his old rabbit cage .. way more space, nice second floor and the ramp up to it is screwed in so no worrying about the ramp moving, aesthetically pleasing, material is well made, and home is movable on wheels. The roof part is very sturdy (my cats love it too)!! Would 100% recommend. I purchased this hutch for my young chicks that need a little room to roam yet are not quite ready for outdoor life. This hutch is small enough to keep indoors yet large enough to give small animals a little space to move around. The castors make it really convenient to move on my hardwood floors A cute item, pretty much matches what description and reviewers say. It's doing a good job of keeping my cat out, my little flock of baby quail seem happy, so I am too. Love this cage. It's fairly big, love that there's 2 floors. Guinea pigs seem to be happy, running around playing. It is a great cage My husband will say that for this enclosure it was worth the money spent. Rio is a great escape artist but after building I do feel like this time he won’t actually escape. The material used is pretty decent from the type of wood to the screw being of good quality. It is very spacious on the lower level and very cozy on the second which is great cause during the day he hides and sleep and at night is very very active so I do believe that the size is prefect for him as of right now. This product is very good for my Guinea Pigs, it's a lot bigger than most normal cages. Very spacious.Overall assembly was pretty easy and I was able to put it all together quickly. The hutch has 3 removable trays that you just take out to clean. Has 2 floors which adds more space and the second floor has a door that you can close if you need to separate a piggie or separate for other reasons. I got the brown and metal cage and I'm glad I opted for the one with metal. It's beautifully made and very sturdy. I needed something I could put in my house that our cat couldn't mess with and harass the rabbit. My ONE complaint is that the picture online and the one I got had different ramps. They must have changed it because there were no cross straps for the ramp and the lines went horizontal instead of vertical. Maybe they were hoping the lines were enough for traction but I didn't think so. I ended up cutting and taping a piece of carpet on so my bunny could get better traction and it's working well. I'm pretty sure this is one of the best bunny hutches out there for the money. The other modification I made was I put black hinges on the roof instead of screwing it in, that way I have larger access to the top and that worked well. It was also not too bad to put together. UPDATE: NO LEAKAGE. They do chew the wood inside but thats par for the course. Thwy are natural chewers. This was a great choice. Its been about a year and this cage is awesome. Houses 3 guubea pigs comfortably. I read the previous reviews and was worried about the urine leakage so I was proactive. I feel that because its an indoor/outdoor hutch, its made for drainage? I went to the dollar store and bought 3 outdoor doormats with the rubber backing and lined the bottom. In my experiance, most indoor/outdoor cages have that issue anyway. The bottom is a sturdy solid plastic. Spending 4 bucks on doormats is worth it. I put wood chips in the hiddies and put fleece hand towels (also bought at the dollar store) between the doormats and their pink liners (amazon) for extra absorption. The wood is pressurized so it is not cheap, it's awesome. It was easily put together, very sturdy and well made. I love how easily accessible the girls are with multiple doors and top access. The top fits nice and snug so Im not worried about the cats or any escape artists. The top has hinges on each side for easy top access as well as hinged roof openings over the hide outs . All holes/screws lined up perfectly. Make sure to fully assemble the hutch before setting up the space, dropping the screws in the hay sucked hahaha. It's definitely worth the money. I have 3 guinea pigs who are loving their new home. I'm very happy with this hutch. It's perfect for my mean girl who doesn't get along with the other girls lol. There's a divider sliding door that we modified and put a wire grate so that they can still chit chat and see each other :) ... show more

My rabbit is a 5 pound free roaming holland lop. He’s used to being free and I knew he’d hate to be locked up but I needed to transport him safely from CT to GA and wanted him to be comfortable within what I could fit in the vehicle. He had the little hide space to escape into and the open area to eat/drink from space saver bowls (not included) that you can clip on a little higher on the wires. I was able to fit a small littler box and small hanging hay bag. And that left him some space to just chill outside of the hide space. Now he uses it as a home to come in and out of at his leisure. He loves it. Also when I got it. 2 of the wheels were damaged but I contacted the seller and they immediately mailed me 2 replacement wheels at no charge. I got this for my guinea pig so that he had more room but not sure it's gonna work out. The space in the cage is a big improvement from what he had but the material is not. The wood is very soft and easily dented and chewed...not chew proof at all...the wire itself is thin and flimsy , I don't feel as though it well last very long not a good place anywhere to hang the water container and I feel as though it will tear through soon. The roof of the hut is easily scratched off. This hut would never last outside in the element's..the wood not only is thin but has no protective coating and any moisture is easily soaked into the wood. Any rain or moisture could easily make the wood swell and ruin it.the catch trays are extremely thin and fragile to the touch. It feels as though this hut was never made so that it would last. The predrilled holes don't always aline and are not all there making some of the process hard to put on place, such as the ramp , trough, and large door lock on top. I also was not impressed with how many gaps there was.the instructions were hard to understand because the fist half was already put together on step one. The letters were also hard to read on the boards or weren't there at all, at the end of the instructions it wanted you to put the wheels on meaning I had to flip the whole thing over after assembly. I do like how easy it is to move and the wheel work great even on carpet. The ramp is nice as well with chew proof sides though I don't like that they are metal. The hut is priced really great and the shipping was free but the handling was another 70 dollars on top of the cost of the hut and isn't mentioned until the payment process. The lock holes are cricked and make the cage look tacky also some of the boards had damage when it arrived. 😔the catch trays also have no back stop and can be overly push in. ... show more

I’ve had this for just over a month and the mesh is already coming away from the frame. The mesh is super flimsy and thin and my 1.5 lb ferret was able to take it down. The product I received did not have fully finished edges so I had to sand them down in order for them to be safe for my ferrets. Further, many of the pre-drilled holes are misaligned, but good news! The wood is so soft that you can just push the screw anywhere you want at and it’ll stick. On that note, the wood is highly porous and holds smells really well. My elder ferret peed over the edge and now that part of the frame permanently smells. The roofing material that is used is also very flaky and would honestly never survive outdoors. The plastic trays are also kinda cheap feeling as if they could very easily break. I did contact the seller regarding the mesh hoping that they would own up to their poor quality but the customer service that I received was rather insulting. They completely ignored my concerns and brushed me off with a $10 partial refund and an automated response. Honestly, I would say don’t buy, because even if you do happen to get one that isn’t screwed up from the beginning, you encounter some kind of trouble with this product eventually and the seller is absolutely no help. ... show more

We love it ! Perfect size for two baby bunnies, Easy & fun to put together ! My son helped me out and we got it done in 30 min. (Manual says 45 min To assemble ) Got it delivered few days before which was cool! So worth the money! the color is very pretty! Big space for bunnies to hang out. Easy to clean.
