I was skeptical about buying one of these. I was anxious that my cat would somehow get injured using an auto litter box as I have heard horror stores, but this one works super well. It's a sleek, simple design equipped with sensors so it knows when your cat is approaching or inside the box. It cleans it immediately after they are done which really helps with the smell because everything goes in this pullout box underneath. My cat took to it immediately, although, I could see how others would need some additional coaxing. I liked how easy it was to assemble. I also think the app is really cool and intuitive. I liked all the data it had on there which was unexpected, such as my cat's weight. It really makes things easy. I thought for the quality and all the features you get, the price was worth it.

Lightening fast delivery! Everything was included. This is a wonderful unbox-it and use-it product. Only need to insert the legs and the little "jump" platform. It works perfectly. Using it without the app [I don't need it]. The sensors are quick in stopping movement when the cat is present, and resume to clean when cat exits. Have 3 kittens using it without hesitation. The only sound it makes is the shuffling of the litter when it rotates. I am well pleased with the size, weight of the product, the exceptionally easy use, and outstanding quality. This is a must have for any cat owner.

I purchased this for the ease of cleaning and to control the smell. My 2 kittens took to it right away, it’s easy to assemble and easy to replace the litter bags. I have to change it every day, two at the most. The smell is still a factor and I am disappointed for that was the number one reason I purchased this based on other reviews.

I’ve been using this device for about 2 weeks, and my orange boy and I love it! My kitty is a long boy, and fits well in this big litter box with enough room to turn around in. It’s quiet, easy to use, and has several app functions that are helpful to monitor his health! The app has charts that note times the device is used, and for how long. You can also adjust how long the device will sit, after use, before a cleaning cycle starts. There’s even a warning you receive when the tray below is full and needs to be dumped, which I appreciate. My only qualm with the app is that it thinks I have multiple cats, I assume because my cat will sometimes play around around the entryway during cleanings, and may step inside to check things out, and it only picks up on part of his weight? There is one repeated weight entry that I am assuming his actual weight, and the others are just him being overly curious. 😂 Only one accident has happened with this machine, but I don’t fully blame the device itself. Somehow, my cat nudged the catch tray from underneath the machine, but either there is no sensor or it wasn’t triggered. There was a big chunk of “business” in the floor waiting for me to clean up. This only happened once, and was an accident. Overall I still think this device has helped keep my litter box situation under control, and provided my kitty a cleaner space to use the restroom.

The media could not be loaded. When I initially considered purchasing this automatic cat litter box, I was quite conflicted — unsure if it was truly as good as advertised, or just another overpriced novelty. To my surprise, it not only met, but far exceeded my initial expectations, completely changing the way I take care of my cat’s daily needs. The first thing that attracted me was its design: smooth lines, simple and stylish, perfectly integrating with modern home decor, unlike the clumsy and ugly styles I had seen before. But what really impressed me was how quickly my cat adapted. I had read many terrifying stories about cats refusing to use new litter boxes, but on the first day, my two cats used it without hesitation, comfortably, which saved me a lot of trouble and trial and error. Another major advantage is that it doesn’t make much noise during the cleaning cycle. My old cat is particularly easily startled and often gets scared by loud noises, but this litter box works without causing it much attention. Whether we run it during the day when we are at home or at night when everyone is asleep, the low humming sound doesn’t disturb — this is in sharp contrast to the noisy and clattering sounds of some manual litter boxes I had used before. The integration of this application in terms of convenience is also quite surprising. Through the connected application, I can check the amount of waste, monitor the cleaning cycle, and receive immediate reminders when the waste bin is full — all of this can be done on my phone, even when I’m at work or traveling. This feature eliminates the need for daily manual checks; I no longer need to guess if it’s time to empty the bin, and the sensor always accurately detects when a cleaning cycle is needed, ensuring the box remains fresh and hygienic at all times. In terms of performance, each cleaning cycle goes smoothly. The litter box efficiently combs the litter, separating the waste from the clean particles, without leaving any clumps, and the drawer has good sealing properties, locking in the odor.

Instructions are worthless, unclear and incomplete. You end up with a pieces that isn't mentioned so you don't know where it goes or what it's for. Once I finally got it put together and turned on, all it did was dump all the fresh litter into the bin. No, it wasn't on the dump cycle either. It literally only dumps the litter and doesn't scoop it. Sending it back. Waste of time, money, and patience. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!
