I purchased the 100-foot hose as my yard is very large. It connects to the spigot quickly with no errant spray. I drag that thing all over the place when I'm watering and it has yet to kink up. Even at 100 feet, it's fairly lightweight so when I'm finished watering, I can easily pick it up and move it back to the hose hook. It's too soon to tell whether it will hold up so I can't address the quality, but considering everything else I've written, I have to believe it will stand the test of time. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Really sturdy feeling. I have rocks in my back yard and I'm not worried about punctures in the hose as I'm dragging this across the ground. Unkinked itself as soon as it filled with water.

I never thought I’d write a review about a hose, but here I am—betrayed, soggy, and furious. When I first uncoiled this sleek green serpent, it felt like destiny. It glistened in the sun, supple yet strong, promising summers of lush lawns and satisfied tomatoes. For three glorious months, it delivered. The water pressure was perfect. The nozzle clicked like a well-oiled weapon of hydration. I trusted it. Then came the betrayal. On a sunny Saturday, with my garden in full bloom and my spirit high, I turned the spigot. A fine mist kissed my ankles. Strange, I thought, aiming the nozzle again. But the mist grew stronger. I looked down—and there it was. A hole. A hole, in the very heart of the hose, spurting water like a wounded beast. I was drenched. The petunias were horrified. Twp months. That’s all it lasted. Now it lies coiled in shame in the corner of my shed, a reminder that even the most promising tools can let you down. Buy this hose if you enjoy heartbreak and wet socks. Otherwise, steer clear. I am adding on to my displeasure. I purchased 2 of these hoses. The second one did the same thing; sprung a leak only after two weeks of use. If a no star rating could be submitted, these hoses definitely deserve zero stars.

I bought this hose on May 5th, and honestly it was the best expandable hose I've tried. I know they don't last forever and I budget to replace it every year. I got the 100 FT version since I only have one spigot that services the front and back yard. This morning I was perplexed why my water pressure seemed low when I was watering - turns out my favorite hose had a big split in it and water was gushing in the middle. Now I need a new hose and need it fast since we will have temps in the 100's for the next 4 days and I have to keep my garden/grass watered so they survive. I'm tempted to purchase this one again to see if this was a one-off flaw given how much liked this hose. I'll update this review in a few weeks and let you know....

The media could not be loaded. This is the third time I’ve purchased this same black Teflon hose, and unfortunately, each one has developed the same problem over time. Initially, it works great—flexible, lightweight, and solid water pressure. But after about 3 to 4 months of normal use, the hose starts to break. There’s no unusual wear or damage—nothing was dragged, run over, or misused. The Teflon just seems to give out, creating a tear that reduces water pressure significantly. One of the previous ones I was able to return, but after 30 days you’re typically out of luck, and I've had to trash the others. At this point, I don’t think it's worth continuing to replace it with the same product. It’s great when it works, but the short lifespan makes it unreliable long-term. I’ve included photos showing where the most recent tear occurred. Hopefully, this helps others decide whether it’s worth the risk.
