Received this package today and assembled it in one sitting.. it turned out AMAZING!! Y’all are getting what you pay for. Take it from a girl that has never built anything crazier than a lego set. The package came with all the components and a QR code linked to a video tutorial to assemble it. I would say it took me about two hours, but it would’ve been quicker if I didn’t deal with minor hiccups and if I wasn’t inexperienced. Never even touched a screw kit in my life. However, I did have to look up more youtube tutorials to get a better picture of what I needed to do, but they were very easy to find and I figured it out easy peasy. But regardless, the building process was fool proof. The hardest part was connecting the backrest to the seat part, but my little a$$ did it ALL BY MYSELF!! I gave it a test run, maybe jumped on it a little; the thing won’t budge. More stable than my future considering I skipped homework to focus on this project. Boyfriend came home very surprised and happy. Supports his back completely, he loves the look, and it’s firm enough for him to lean back and game comfortably. I would recommend getting a second person’s help to build it, but if you’re a genius like me then you can do it all on your own. Beautiful chair and money well spent <3

Got this as a gift for my finance and he absolutely loves it! His old chair was not comfortable at all so this is the biggest upgrade ever! The first month or so he had it he could not stop falling asleep in it. It is so comfortable that I steal it from him when he’s not home because it’s nicer than mine. Wasn’t too hard to put together but it’s sturdy as heck and kinda heavy. I love the footrest because it’s super functional and doesn’t tip the entire chair when you use it or put decent weight on it. The one thing I would change is how far it can lean back. I would love to lay totally flat it but it’s doesn’t go that far. It’s still relatively far though and is perfect for gaming, working, or napping! The price was very worth it and I’m contemplating getting myself one too!

Assembly: The threads on the bolts are really cheap, so it’s easy to damage if you’re not careful. Especially if you made a mistake in one of the assembly steps and have to redo a step, which would easily cause damage to those threads that’s holding it together. If you’re not tightening to bolts enough or if they get cross threaded, you will get a flimsy chair that will break in a month of so. The bolts came with pre-applied threadlocker, though I added some more on there for added reliability. The gas cylinder did have some residue around the seal, so I’m expecting that it will fail in the next year or so - i’m already planning on finding a better replacement part. One of the arm chair brackets was slightly bent and it could not sit flush against the base of arm rest. I also used an electric hand-drill to assemble the bolts - it made it a lot easier to assembly compared to the allen wrench. It took me less than an hour to do by myself. With that being said, be very, very careful when assembling this chair as there is a lot of room for error due to the cheap materials that it’s made with. Functionality: It’s been about 2 weeks with my new office chair, and I honestly love it with my new desk set up. I have been working on a project to optimize the ergonomics of my desk set up, which allows for a lot of customizable features to adjust the height of my desk appropriately to my chair. All in all - this chair was an excellent addition to my set up. I love the foot rest support. The foot rest was a little difficult to pull in and out as it is a tight interference fit. The instructions advised to add some lubricant to it, which helped significantly when using it. It is very comfortable compared to my last chair, which honestly was a very cheap desk chair from amazon. It is not has plush as I thought it would be though. I work occasionally in my office so I can see this lasting longer than a year or 2. I’d reconsider if I did work a 9-5 job and had to sit in this chair every day.

This chair is so comfortable. As soon as I sat on it, my back felt so relaxed and supported. It is a very smooth texture, kind of velvety? It looks very nice in my office. This took me about an hour and a half to build. My building suggestions/comments if you buy this: Definitely listen to the instructions and do not tighten all screws in each step until you have them all placed in, that way nothing is tilted incorrectly. The hardest part for me was screwing in the back rest to the seat, as the back rest is heavy and I had to hold it and align it properly with one hand while turning the screws with the other. I suggest you ask someone to help you hold it for this part. I had to lay the chair on my bed to do this part by myself. Finally, the foot rest was tough to install, and required much patience. The metal bars did not go into the plastic parts easily. I’ve noticed that with time though the foot rest slides more smoothly. I have no complaints now that I am done, and I highly recommend this for the price. It seems sturdy and good quality. I also love that it has a lock feature for the back reclining.

Very comfy office/gaming chair. Seat and back cushions are soft and firm. Back leans back and locks in where you need it to stay. Air-ride lifts plenty high and low enough to stand-up without help. Owners manual and assembly instructions were easy to follow, came with a hex tool and extra screws of all sizes used. BUY IT before the price doubles!

I bought this chair on February 27th, 2025 for my wife - she wanted to wait a while to leave a review to give updates on how well the chair held up. My wife's review of this chair: I've been a work-from-home employee for years, so I was on the hunt for a new chair since my last one broke. At first, I was in love with the chair and was very happy with how easy it was to set up. Initially wasn't too fond of how firm the seat cushion but I thought I'd eventually get used to it. I was wrong. As someone who works from home, I'm sitting for hours, and after a few hours, the cushion became very uncomfortable. I started to feel pain throughout my hips and lower back after a couple of hours of sitting in the chair. I thought maybe it was just me, but my husband has used the chair while working, and he felt the same discomfort I felt. Now, of course, everyone is different, but I wanted to share that experience for those who already deal with back pain. Along with that, the screws keep coming loose on the arms of the chair, no matter how tight I made them. There was one time the screws came loose on the back of the chair, but I retightened them and haven't had an issue since. When it came to the footrest, I wish it had come out a little bit more. I'm not a tall person (5'2"), but the footrest felt fairly short to me. The lumbar support cushion wore out almost instantly and practically offers no support. I believe after using it for 2 weeks the cushion was practically non-existent. Overall, the chair is a great starter chair for the price but not something I'd suggest keeping long-term.

Very comfortable, the foot rest is a gemic like most chair companies who put them on their chairs. But the quality is nice. Have owned about 5 chairs and this is way more comfortable then any Alienware S5000 chair.. that thing is horrible and so is Dell customer service. Stick with these guys.
