Works like a charm on my 5 gallon RO water bottle from Whole Foods. It does not screw on but it sits on over the bottle neck & stays on beautifully for me. Charge holds. Fast! So far so good. I have had it for about 3 weeks now.

The media could not be loaded. This pump is perfect for your 5 gallon jug. I was going to buy one of the $10-20 pumps but the gpm seemed really low and thus slow. I use it mainly to fill up the coffee/tea kettles and this pump will fill up my 7 cup kettle in just a few seconds. It's absolutely worth the extra money to upgrade to a much more durable and fast pump. It has usbc charging and I have not had the battery die before the 5 gallon is empty. I just recharge it whenever the 5G is empty and that's about every 8 days. The pump is silent and the only noise is the water hitting the container. It's also super easy to operate...just a push of a button. It functions exactly as you'd expect. Look no further. Easy 5 stars.

If I could give this thing six stars I would. It is a fast pump, it's very quiet, and I fully charged it the first night that I got it and I put it on the first bottle on May 29th 2025, today is July 24th 2025 and it is still going strong on that first charge and we go through a lot of water at our house. I read that it said it could go through 15 jugs of water before needing a recharge and I thought yeah right but boy was I wrong! The battery life on this thing is absolutely amazing!

I see a lot of reviews where others have this issue but likely are unaware of the root cause. The impeller on mine (thing at the end of the hose) has a little plastic cap that directs the water inward and protects the impeller. That cap was not secured in any way to the hose which caused it to pop off as soon as the pump is turned on. The hose would then move around erratically and I'm sure the impeller would get damaged quickly if that had continued. If you notice your unit doing this and suddenly not pumping or only pumping a trickle take a look at the end and check for a missing cap. Ordering a replacement and will update my review after it gets in.

Works great, after the initial prime of the pump. At first it didn't want to work, but after some fiddling, it works great. Way faster than the cold water dispenser. Trying to fill coffee maker using the old cold water dispenser was extremely frustrating. This has been great!

Works perfectly fast and quite. I don't know how long the charge holds - I charged it after 5 bottles just in case. Will test it for longetivity. I also love the hose, easy to change without touching it. It stops fast as well, and doesn't drip.

Works great and you don't need to turn the water bottle upside down any more! That makes changing bottles much easier. I get 8-10 bottles before needing to re charge. It fills a pitcher much faster than most water dispensers. Some comments were that it wobbled when placed on the bottle....I found that different bottles have different openings, but if i use the ring that comes with the openings on some of the bottles, I can always secure it in place. I only gave it a 4 because i have only had it for a month and I do not know its longevity...But at this point i would definitely buy it again.
