Great Chair ... I am not a gamer - but I am at my office desk working on a laptop for 8-10 hours a day... chair seems to be holding up solid after a few weeks. Was easy to assemble and I really like the lumbar pillow (it vibrates when plugged into a USB port) and the head/neck pillow. The support / comfort points are in the right spots. (I am only 5'-7" and 180 lbs.) It is a heavy chair and rolls nice - big plastic heavy duty casters snapped into a metal tubular frame. I am confident in this chair. (Confident it's not going to fall over when reclined nor will it collapse unexpectedly when upright. Height adjustable via hydraulic lift/piston works smoothly. Very good desk chair for the price point.

Quality 5/5 I am a very picky person so I took a couple months looking at all types of chairs, but this one is absolute gold in my opinion. For the price, this chair is amazing. I’m a big guy, 260 pounds, and I fit perfectly and it’s comfortable. The cushions are very firm, which I appreciate. Putting it together was simple and straightforward. I have lower back pain and I work from home and my back does not hurt at all after an 8 hour shift in this chair. The swivel is smooth. Looks sharp, I got the white on black version. Again, I’m a big guy and the chair is very sturdy no worry if I’m going to break it and it’s light even in the box upon delivery. Customer support 5/5 My head rest zipper did break after two weeks, I contacted the seller and they immediately replaced it, so great customer service. Critique: my only critique is the massaging lumbar support. I wish this pad was slightly thicker and the massaging is more just a vibration so I don’t really use it, but I also didn’t buy this chair for that reason so this isn’t affecting my overall opinion and review just wanted to say it for prospective buyers.

The chair arrived earlier than expected. The parts and hardware were clearly labeled. Assembly was straight forward and easily accomplished. The hardware is heavy duty and should be long lasting. Once assembled, the chair is quite sturdy and comfortable. I gave it four stars rather than five based on the disappointing color. I ordered the red trimmed fabric model. The "red" fabric is anything but red, looking much more tannish brown. All in all, I like the chair. I'm only disappointed in the color.

I have had this chair for 9 months now. It is really comfortable for long hours—whether I’m working from home or gaming. The lumbar and headrest actually help, and the footrest is a nice bonus. The size is perfect—not too big or too small—even for a bigger person. The tilt and recline features are excellent; it leans back far enough that I could nap in it without issue. It feels very sturdy too, nothing cheap or wobbly about it. I went with the white and black option, it's sharp and the colors look great in my gaming office. I did run into a couple of small issues recently, (backrest connection, then later the armrest fabric tearing—probably just from daily use or possibly from an imperfect setup on my end). I emailed the company both times, they advised it was still under a 1 year warranty and they instantly sent me replacement parts through UPS, free of charge. Shipping was quick too—each part arrived within about a week. I never waited more than half a day for a reply, even with the time difference. Now the chair feels brand new again, and honestly the customer service alone sold me on this brand. Great product, affordable price, sturdy build, and people who actually stand behind what they sell. Highly recommend.

I love this. Glad I went with the fabric. I did it because I didnt want my cats destroying the arms of yet another chair, but I just love it overall. Good experience putting it together too. Reclines back pretty far. The massager is a little loud. But the chair so comfy. Its just the right size for my desk setup for my home office and very sturdy. I have it adjusted to just how I want it. I just wish the arms were adjustable.

It's a bit of a shame that most reviews on here are from within a few days or weeks of purchasing. I've had my chair for about a year and a half and it is already wearing out. The seat material is coming off and the back and headrest are ripping. The material is just not made to last for more than a year or so of constant use. Pros: It is a somewhat comfortable chair for the most part. It wasn't too difficult to assemble. It has a good range of height adjustment and reclining adjustment. Has a vibrating lumbar support, though I never use it because you have to plug in a cord. Cons: As already mentioned, the material is ripping and coming apart just after about a year of use. I constantly have to tighten the arm rests as they easily become loose. While it does have the lumbar support, the chair back is fairly thin and you can feel the support metal, especially up near the shoulders. I personally find the leg rest gimmicky since this is an office/gaming chair, not a recliner, but that's just a personal opinion and YMMV. I suppose for the price this is a good chair if you only expect it to last about a year, otherwise if you want a chair for a longer haul then you should probably look elsewhere.
