This is a top quality phone mount. It's very sturdy and well made and looks sleek and fits right in with the lines of my motorcycle. The install was easy enough and the charging works flawlessly. It will even charge with the bike off if you hook it up straight to the battery instead of tapping into another wire. I like the versatility of being able to plug a charging cord directly into the unit if you either can't or don't want to use wireless charging. It doesn't vibrate and shake around when riding and it holds my phone very securely. I'm super happy with the quality and functionality of this phone mount/charger! It's the best I've ever used.

Awesome product at a decent price. I have been searching for a phone mount for my wife's bike and I ran across this one and took a chance. It works exactly as advertised, it holds the phone like a vice, highly doubt it could ever fall out unless your in a bad wreck. It has vibration dampening which seems to work very well. Super easy to install, no idea what some were complaining about.

I have not used it yet, but 8nstall is sturdy. Love the feel and fit. Took me a bit to connect, but I had a dead battery. I can't wait to use and see if its flawless or loosens as I ride. I will check more items from this company. Update later.

Easy to install and holds phone securely. On the road, it's able to keep my phone (pixel 6 pro) charged at a surplus, even while navigating. Overall a great phone mount that does what it says on the box.

Update on October 21, 2024: Have not been approached by the seller, and still have no way of requesting support/repair/replacement. Dropping to one star for how quickly the first phone mount's power supply died. Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2024: This was a great wireless charging mount at first - very fast charging of the 3 phones I used in it. After a few weeks, it got to where the phone(s) would intermittently show as charging, but the battery level would go down anyway. Since I was getting ready to go on an out of state trip, I got a second one. Again, it started out great, but then did the same thing where the phones would show as charging but would lose battery level. And then this past weekend, the power block for one died. No blue light, the power button does nothing - No wireless charging, no USB charging. The other power block is still fine. Of course, I'm outside of the return period for both, and there are no options to contact the seller. Hopefully I will hear from them after posting this review and they will make things right.

A lack of instructions for this left me a bit confused, but ultimately a pretty easy install. One thing to note, there is a torx head screw in the knob that tightens down the clamp/connector. You have to remove that screw to loosen up the clamp enough to fit both ball ends into the clamp. Instructions would've saved me some confusion/frustration. In the end, this does bolster the security of the mount in the end, so definitely not a bad thing. Ultimately, this does work really well. The qi charger charges my phone super fast, and the spring loaded phone holder holds my S23 Ultra, with a slim case VERY securely. Even without twisting the lock. The charging port on the side/mount is a bonus, and also charges quickly. Highly recommend this product.

Fits Galaxy S24 ultra with thick case and charges. Works better with the case off, but it still works, won't fault the mount for that. Instructions are rather straight forward and easy to follow. Comes with plenty of shim sizes for handlebars. Holds the phone steady on 2006 honda vtx1300 (not a harley amount of vibration, but not a sport bike either.
