Very nice small laser engraver. After about a month of use, it has had no issues at all. The engraving lines are sharp and clear, and it’s easy to operate through the software. The only drawback is that the software isn’t cheap and you need to spend some time to learn the software.

I’m still trying to figure this out this “beginner friendly” laser engraver. There’s a lot that you’ll need to check into YouTube University to learn. There’s no mention that you’ll need a honeycomb if you’re using the laser to cut, which is another investment. Also, the sizing of images will require a learning curve as everything is millimeters. You’ll need to convert images into inches. I learned this by doing a sample piece that came out very small, about the size of a dime. Instructions are attached but they’re a bit intimidating when installing LaserBurn or lasergrbl. It’s ALOT, but I’m hoping that it’ll get easier. Fingers crossed.

Do not purchase this item from longer or any they do not back up their merchandise. You will get a run around and never have the issue solved i dont recommend anyone to buy their product. This is my first time purchasing from them and will be my last they sold me a defaulted machine and it is completely a joke dealing with their customer service. I used my machine twice and it never hooked back up to my phone nor computer again. DONT BUY IT SAVE YOHR SELF STRESS
