This basket has lasted me a long time. I took out the inside linen liner because you can fit so many more clothes in the basket without it. I think the linen liner is a bit smaller than the inside dimensions of basket so it doesn’t stay in place well when the weight of the clothes are on the liner. The casters make this super easy to use but every now and then they pop off and you need to pop the wheels back on. Really good value for what you’re getting! ... show more

It looks nice and sturdy. It was easy to assemble. But the canvas bag is a real headache because it wont stay put. Oftentimes, it rolls inside like one big bag rather than keeping its three separate spaces. I am still trying to figure out how to keep it in place without damaging the hamper...

I honestly was impressed with this product. I love how you get several small bags to sort your delicates into and the option for it to be a rolling bin, or stationary. Super easy to assemble. I personally did not use the instructions but they are very detailed and come with the appropriate tools. I am using this as a rolling bin as my apartment laundry room is a bit of a walk. It holds all my laundry supplies in the middle compartment and then towels, socks, etc on one side and clothing on the other. I wear all black so I don't do the 'whites and darks' lol. But yea. The rattan is a nice quality. Doesn't look fake. Smells a bit weird but I think that's the dye they use for the black one I got. Nice height too and the top is sturdy enough my cat can jump up on it, or I can store things on top of it and thwart her efforts to climb higher lol. Oh and wheels work best on flat concrete but I did roll it on a bumpy pavement (not cobble stone) and it did fine. ... show more

While this product was easy to assemble, seems pretty sturdy, has the option for wheels or not, the option for 2 different types of dividers and the delicate laundry bags I was pretty disappointed after I got it together. Both of the liners had runs in them that didn't come out when working with the fabric and the basket itself is almost tore on one of the strips. For the price I paid for it, I would expect it to come in perfect condition and not have to worry about doing an exchange or not. ... show more
