i bought this chair for my boyfriend for his 20th birthday. i finished putting it together after about 35-40 minutes. the instructions reminded me of ikea instructions (irritating) but it was fairly easy to assemble once i got all the pieces out in front of me. i’m a very cautious person and i wasn’t sure if this was a good chair (because i literally do not game whatsoever i have no knowledge of that or about the quality of gaming stuff) but overall, id have to say it’s holding up really well. the foot rest could go out further but if you don’t have long legs it’s a pretty nice addition. my favorite part is the massager pillow that goes on the bottom of the backrest. it works really well & feels pretty good. i can imagine my boyfriend sitting there after a long day at work to relax in a GAMING CHAIR. no need for him to sit on the couch, this thing is comfortable. the leather is thick & the padding inside is really nice. i’ll have to update my review after my boyfriend puts it to use (after a few months) and explain how it’s been holding up. update: it’s now early december 2022. the chair is still holding up really well- however there are a few things. we noticed the leather on the arm rest is peeling off due to literally any moisture. i would recommend getting a waterproof spray for leather when buying this chair. the other thing is that he found the bottom padding to take to his body faster than expected and we ended up having to put folded blankets on the seat to make it more comfortable. still a good chair but those two factors are kind of the deal breaker in my opinion.

Good looking chair. Easy to assemble. Seat padding is not as thick as I thought but tolerable. As far as sturdiness goes, the right arm may have been damaged during shipment because my daughter who weighs 100 lbs soaking wet, pushed off the right arm rest to stand up and the weld or support for the arm broke. I’m trying to contact GT Player but the phone seems to just ring and ring and ring. Not giving up yet. There is a no questions asked one year warranty on this product. I purchased it in March 2020. **I can't say anything bad about this company. They responded within two days of my email and two days later I had a replacement part. They couldn't be any more professional. When I got my placement cushion it was apparent that the original was damaged during shipment. Kudos to them and I would highly recommend this product. I'm also changing my review to 5 stars due to my experience with this company and their product quality. **

After about a week and a half of contacting the company, I was sent a replacement back, free of charge. It was easy working with them and they were very helpful. Like other reviews the chair does squeak every now and then, but definitely not with each and every movement. Thank you to the company for noticing the error and fixing it ASAP. Very professional of a company to operate this way instead of haggling with their paying customers. Original Review: Like the headline states, this product is super easy to assemble, especially if you have 2 people. Also, like the headline states, the top part of the chair came with two incisions in it. This is concerning to me due to the cuts spreading over time and eventually being a huge, ugly, rip on the left side of the chair. I was advised by some friends to glue it together, which I will have to do if the company does not help me. But, it is also not ideal when you are purchasing a 'New' product. I would've purchased it 'Used' if I wanted to deal with things like this. In addition, this is a bit nit picky and I was not going to include it here but it is an honest product review. The seat had a slight scuff and the legs on the bottom had multiple scratches on it. I do not mind those two other factors mentioned, but it just makes me question if I purchased something that was previously returned or used. Pros: This product is very comfy. Very easy to assemble. Can recline and move up and down as advertised. A cushioned arm rest is a very nice and comfortable addition. Cons: (Personal Con) The top part came damaged. The mechanisms at times are confusing regarding how much force you need to operate them. Do not be too rough, even though at times it seems like it is required. However, it still works well. The footrest in my opinion feels like if I put any excess weight on it, it will break. (I weigh 145lbs) It is stopped from over extending by 1 single screw on one of the ends of the metal part that holds the foot rest. The massage, is not really a massage but more of a vibration. The bottom two cons mentioned above are really the luxury options. What you pay for this chair, I am totally fine with those luxuries being on the 'lacking quality' side. (The foot rest and 'massage' both work and are usable) That being said, grading this chair as a chair itself, it is very nice! I would even go as far to say a solid 9/10. I am excited to sit comfortably while in Zoom sessions, gaming, and all other computer related activities. I do recommend this product. I was just a bit unlucky in receiving a component of the product damaged.

You really pay what you get for. I found countless other products, but they didn't have the specifics that I wanted. This chair has everything you want +1. When I say that, I mean I wanted a nice gaming chair with padded arm rests, good cushioning and not some cheap pleather thats going to chip away in a year. PROS: +Chair is easy to assemble. +Has a retractable foot wrest. +Nice Sturdy material. +2 Pillows! One of them that vibrates for your lower back. +Great cushioning! You can sit in it for hours and not even notice. +It looks sexy!! Con: -Only con I have was my first seat, had a pretty big cut in it. I'm sure from a mistake at the Factory. BUT I emailed the company, as the cut was going to get bigger from wear n tear. They apologized & replaced the seat, ASAP for free. It was great customer service through n through. Pay a little bit more from the "Generic" Gaming chairs and get this one! You wont be dissapointed!

These gaming chairs come in at a low price point for the features they have, but this really is a situation of "you get what you pay for". The texture of the material has a leather look and feel. It may actually be a thin leather, so that's a perk. It comes with a foot stand that is reasonably comfortable, but not very strong. It comes with a "vibrating" lumbar support pillow that you can plug into a USB port. I use the pillow, but not the "vibrating" feature as that seems kind of silly and the USB cable which powers it is fairly short. I'm not sure how a person is supposed to really use it without putting strain on the power cable and I doubt it's going to be that impressive anyway. The armrests are not adjustable. Once they are installed, they are locked into place and the attachment points seem very flimsy. It's possible to sit in the chair and push them out to the sides with very little force. I feel that they will snap at some point. The height adjustment works well enough. I'm really disappointed in the tilt adjustment for the back of the chair. The attachment point is again, flimsy. The metal post for the back of the chair slides into a plastic bracket without much support. When tilted back and locked into place, the back of the chair flops back and forth by a few inches, which doesn't provide a very stable gaming experience. Since I do own higher quality gaming chairs, I can safely say that this is not a normal, or anticipated experience. The padding in the seat is nearly non-existant. I had to add a pillow after sitting in the chair for less than an hour. Basically, if you want something to use occassionally and don't have much to spend, this could be a reasonable choice. If you're looking for a bargain on a gaming chair? Spend a little more and get something better.

Like many others, I am now working from home full-time and sitting in front of a computer for long stretches of time, so I decided to invest in a more comfortable chair. I must have looked at 50 gaming chairs before I finally settled on this one because it seemed like a good price for the features and quality. I wanted something that offered good support, reclined, and had a pull-out leg rest. I also appreciate that the base is metal, not plastic. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality is excellent. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the chair was very straightforward to put together. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who sits at a computer for extended periods of time and is looking for some extra support and comfort.

SO i would like to mention first that the Customer service that i got for the chair was amazing it was fast and friendly and they fixed my issue right away. Now for the chair there are 3 major issue that you have to take in which is the seat part you sit in there are wings on the sides where you hips are im a male those wings hurt my hips the Box Between them is so small that it won't fit a grown woman and its size for a child. Next there is a metal Bar in the Back that isnt show in the Picture they showing the support they talk about you will see scroll down where they have all the picture information. This Bar has maybe 3 mm of padding on top of it and sticks out past the rest of the structure and is rounded and hard. Lastly the chair seat itself doesn't not have enough padding to allow you to sit in it for more than a hour Before you Butt starts to hurt and when you mix all 3 the chair may work for you kids But as a adult this chair is not comfy at all keep all of this in mind and look at the pictures they provide the wings on the seat suck and force you to sit in the seat one way.
