This chair is exactly what I was looking for. It’s very comfortable, plush, and supportive, making long hours at my desk much more enjoyable. The cushioning feels firm and great, it almost feels like sitting in a recliner while still giving me enough support and maneuverability to work comfortably. I really like how adjustable the chair is. The backrest, and other features can be adjusted to fit your preferred sitting position. The pull-out leg rest is a fantastic addition, especially when you want to put your feet up, take a quick break, or simply change your sitting position throughout the day. Assembly took me around 30–40 minutes, but it was straightforward and definitely worth the time. Once assembled, the chair feels solid and well-built. Overall, I’m very happy with this chair. It’s comfortable enough for relaxing but practical enough for working, gaming, or spending long periods at a desk. The adjustable features and built-in leg rest are big pluses for me.

Been looking for a large office chair for my 200-lb boyfriend. A lot of chairs look big in photos but are actually pretty small once you check the dimensions. This one is genuinely spacious and fits him perfectly! Assembly took about an hour by myself, and the instructions were very easy to follow. Love the white stitching design, and the chair is super comfortable. Very happy with it!

Not a bad starting chair, could have more cushion in the seat, and the lumbar could be a little more stable. But all in all has been a good chair till we upgraded.

I really love the support team. After a year of using I have noticed that back rest is tilting sideways and back seat getting ruptured! But contacted the support team after the warranty period . I got prompt response and complete replacements parts! Kudos to the team! I would highly recommend this chair! It is very comfy and easy to assemble.

Review as of now- just got it today and assembled (easy for 15mins or so include inspecting) i put 5 star for all will lower it if something gets wrong with it.. so far its good and confy.. only thing to wacth out while installing is the part #15 it easy to loose thread the head, also i suggest they should include a cover for it (nothing biggie), also screw #16 is not on the screws needed thing, its with the spare parts (see all photos (includes with this review)). The recline mechanism doesnt return to its original position, need to pull it to return (nothing biggie for me) i tried this chair for whole full movies i watch online, its comfy and seems strong to hold, i weighed 180lbs (last time i checked) 5'7 asian, idk if that info will help lol.. but anyways, lumbar pillow is ok, massage thing (vibration) dont put high hopes on that, its really good for its kind and price. Will change the review and rate if something come up while using it, its still too early to say, but installing or assembling it is pretty easy. Check photo for more details.

Ok. So I'm a gamer/streamer. I wanted a nice gaming chair, nice within reason. I selected this one based off of the ratings and the amount of reviews it had. Let me preface this review by stating I am a disabled chubby woman lol. I'm 5'5 and 200 lbs so my review is for someone of that stature and support needs. To start the ship time was estimated at nearly one month. Which was shocking to me, but it did arrive very early at only 9 days. (This was due to my proximity to one of their warehouses, I'm an hour from one of their 4 warehouses. So I can't assume this shipping time is the norm.) The box arrived in good condition, although massive and heavy. Assembly was shockingly easy, the instructions were clear and all the parts were accounted for and they also send some extra bolts just in case, which is always nice. Once assembled I put on the support pillows, the lumbar one was too large and firm for me due to my back issues. If the lumbar one was the same softness as the neck pillow I believe that would have been perfect. The chair is nice quality, no scratches, dings, dents, or tears were evident after assembly. The material feels luxurious without the price tag. The chair is also completely gorgeous. I LOVE the dark purple color, all the other purples in chairs looked more pink, this is deep purple and lovely. Now the downside. For this price I would have thought the chair would have been more comfortable. The curves on the lower part of the backrest are fairly protruding, if you aren't a small or average hipped person these press into your hips/bum. The seat itself feels extremely hard and flat, and feels as if it's tipping forward. For this price I just really was expecting at least some comfort and cushion and the cardboard box I think would be more cushiony. The armrests are constantly out of place, I think I spent more time adjusting them back to where they belonged. If the chair was priced closer to 130 I think I would be happy with it, but at this price point it is at I just expect better. My end result is selling the chair and I went and bought a nice executive office chair from an office supply store, where I could sit in the chairs first. That would be my suggestion, go sit in things before spending any money so you know what matters to you and what you like. TL:DR Gorgeous chair, easy assembly. If you are anything other than standard sizes this chair might be a bit small. Chair lacks comfort and cushioning, wiggly armrests. Getting rid of my Gtracing chair and bought a nice office chair instead. (Writing this from the office chair and I have a happy bum.) Good luck and happy gaming!
