I was hesitant to buy an automatic litter box because of the price, but I’m glad I tried this one. It saves time, helps reduce smell, and keeps the litter cleaner throughout the day. My cat was cautious at first, also can fix my big cats! He can turn around inside. I left the old litter box nearby for a couple of days. After that, she started using this one without issues. We are loving this! All the years we’ve spent with a litter box schedule and scooping every day I’m kicking myself for not investing in this sooner It looks very modern and a great neutral color Was fairly easy to get set up and calibrate, we did use some old litter with the new to entice our cat to use it She took right to it The app shows how often she uses it and you can set up manual, or timed whatever you choose It is well made and all the waste falls to the bottom tray, no need to clean daily, dump the waste every few days and good to go Ours is on carpet and works perfect, it’s steady and stays stable and not wobbly. How do I get my money back? Cats will not touch this. Took forever to try to put together, directions were not clear in certain parts, so had to research on line. Wished someone had done an actual video of how to put all the pieces together. That would've been VERY helpful! Finally, got it all together after about an hour of frustration, and my cats will not use it at all. Over $200 for this!! Please, help. I bought bc I am getting my hips replaced and won't be able to bend to clean the regular litter box for a while. So, researched many different automatic litter boxes, I read all the reviews on this one, good and bad, and took a chance. It's been a few weeks and my cats have not touched it😒 I'm schedule to have hips replaced in less than two weeks and no success with this self cleaning box. Please, can I get my money back?***UPDATE 5/10/2026***I know this is LONG overdue, but I have had both of my hips replaced since this initial review and have been focusing on recovery! I have to say thank you to Amazon and the company bc I was able to return and get my money back! Even though it had beena while since I had the box, I took a wild chance a d called Amazo . The gentleman told be there was an extended time for this product, and I could indeed return & get my money back! I did have to take it all apart, figure out how to get back in the box (that was 'fun' 😳) and put on porch so delivery guy could get, but I DID get all of my money back. Extremely helpful and efficient controls the oder very well and the cats are doing very well using it. At first my older cat was jumpy every time it cleaned the litter but got used to it and my youngest cat immediately went in it and used it after I set it up lol 😂 and she's the skittish one. Over all for me it's much more convenient and all I have to do is take their waste that's in a bag and toss it to the trash and once a week at best clean the tub simple and easy. Bought this box initially with trepidation; worried about cats liking to use the box, if it actually scoops well, how it works well with the app, etc. This purchase has GREATLY improved both my and my cats' quality of life. As long as you monitor the litter level (I prefer to use the "hardball" branded litter as it clumps super tight and doesn't leave any behind) and ensure it's above the min line, the tub rotates and contains all mess. You can choose the amount of time between when your cat leaves the box and when it does its cleaning cycle, as well as choose a cleaning cycle, or even a complete "dump" cycle, where it dumps the litter into the bottom tray allowing easy cleaning! No more lingering toxic kitty poop smell! The app is easy to use, alerts when the dump tray is full. Assembly was a breeze and I spend SO much less in litter as this helps mitigate waste drastically. I'll be purchasing another one in the future for sure! ... show more

UPDATED REVIEW 5/20/26 Luckily Amazon but the bullet on this, because the seller is completely unreachable. The unit got stuck half way between the "empty" cycle and sent zero notification of this, because it thought it was working properly and became totally unresponsive to any all commands. I had to return both units I've had Definitely don't recommend Seems great so far! Took the kitties about 1.5 days to get the hang of it - they're (3 of them) area still pretty fascinated with it lol. Took about 5 mins max to put together and is 100% intuitive. Sensors work like magic and there doesn't seem to be any way for any injuries to the fur-babies. Changed the wasted bin, which collected everything without making any mess. 4 stars only because the one I received, the scale function is not working. A quick call to Amazon and a replacement will be here in less than 1 week ... show more
