The ceramic coating is awesome. Here we cooked taco meat poured it out and rinsed with hot water and a paper towel. The heat dispersion is also great. The instructions say cook on low to medium heat and they mean it. Cooks so much faster than our old pots and pans with less heat. As far as durability can't say yet as we have only had them for about a month. Just remember not dishwasher safe and clean accordingly, it's really no trouble as easy as they wipe clean. ... show more

Bought these pans because they are said to be healthy. Very pretty light turquoise. Mostly use a dry pan. Must keep heat Low with ceramic coated pans especially when using oil or food might burn to pan. Remember some rules and these are wonderful pans .

I've only had them a few days, so can't speak to durability over time. When I got them, I was bummed because they all seem like play pots and pans, much smaller than other sets I've had. Was almost thinking of returning but Amazon made returning such a pain that it's easier just to not. I've cooked a few meals being very careful of keeping the flame to medium, which is difficult for me as I'm used to using high flame to speed things along. It took forever for it to get hot, had oil in it for a long time before it was hot enough. The good news is that it really doesn't stick like at all! And the clean up is a breeze really! So we'll see what happens with them in the future. I wish I had spent double and got a grown up set with bigger sizes. In the big pans, all I can fit is like 3 eggs. I'm making chicken and could only fit 3 chicken thighs and that's in the big pan. They're kind of small for a bigger family, surprised no one mentioned that in the reviews before. ... show more
