This frying pan is ideal for making my eggs in the morning. The finish is extremely non-stick. In fact I’ve never seen the eggs come off of any non-stick coating as nicely as with this pan. So far, I have no scratching problem, although I tend to use it with one the newer heat-tolerant acrylic utensils. The handle is simple, practical and doesn’t get too hot. These pans are great. I bought them looking for a healthier cookware set. Once you follow the instructions on how to use them eg use a non-scratch dish pad to clean them with, don't use cooking spray, always use oil or butter in them and give them time (I think a minute) to heat up before using, use wooden/silicone utensils and low heat, they work great! I have a few complaints though, one of the lids came bent, the set doesn't include a small 1-1.5 qt saucepan w lid, the small frying pan doesn't come with a cover and the 2 qt saucepan lid is a bit small for it (it would have been nice if they were interchangeable). I took a chance on these because I thought they were a healthy, budget-friendly option. I would say give them a try. ... show more

I can truthfully say I love this pan. The ceramic surface seems to be well applied, the weight is manageable, but distributes heat well, and I love the lid. All in all I'm thinking if it was made in America it would cost $300.

Perhaps its too soon to review durability, as I've only used the skillets about 10 times, but so far, they are great. Very attractive, easy to clean if you follow instructions, and great size.

I’ve had this pan and used it for the last 4 months or so. At first I absolutely loved it. It cooked great and evenly, super easy to clean and nothing stuck. Now I’m 4 almost 5 months in and I’m not impressed. Everything sticks to it. I followed the instructions that came with it to a T. I’ve always hand washed, used the proper oil, used the right utensils, and never got about 2.5 as far as heat goes. Maybe I got a crappy pan, and the rest is better quality but I don’t feel I’ll buy anymore. ... show more
