They recommend handwashing which is all I have done. Still holding up well after over two full weeks of continuous use. I do wash the lids in the dishwasher and there have been no issues, discoloration, etc. Cooks quickly with less heat! The ceramic build makes this product a quick cooker! Be mindful that you dont need your stovetop of full blast to get a good sear or cook. Provides a good sear, even with being non-stick! Great color! Holds its tone! Con: This set is truly great, however! I am used to cooking in larger pots and pans. This set is perfect for a couple, or a small family. They pots and pans fit perfectly on a burner and are not "small" by any means. I just am used to larger, which makes them feel smaller to me. Fits roughly three small pancakes/eggs for reference. Definitely a cook in batches set for larger meals or entertaining. The smallest pan does come with a black handle rather than the red the rest of the set has. You learn to ignore it but it is a uniformity nightmare lol.

Was a little hesitant to buy, had been looking for 6 years and some of the reviews left me with mixed emotions. I can honestly say, these are fabulous pans. I have been cooking for 40+ years, and have purchased numerous single pots and pans that claim to do fabulous things, but at the end of the day, they didn't hold up to my personal standards! I have been using my pans for 6 months now, and they are exactly what I have been looking for! For me, I especially love those super grip handles; when your hands are inflamed and sore, you have great control and no need to be worried about a hot handle or it possibly slipping. They also cook evenly and beautifully on low/medium heat which is how I cook all my meals, but my husband likes to cook on med/ high, and they worked just as well, with no problems or issues, no burning, no sticking or no permanent discoloration. With regards to cleaning, because everything slides out of the pan, clean up is a breeze. Because I am a stickler for using non-metal utensils (plus they provided new ones for me) cooking is a dream, with no scratches, no color finish coming off, or no imperfections. Do I highly recommend these pots and pans, 100% YES! For my needs, use and care, this set offers me exactly what I wanted, and it cooks, cleans as was advertised. So, I am happy with my purchase.

Best product ever! I recommend this to anyone looking for good quality pots and pans. The ceramic coating makes a huge difference in cooking. The heat is distributed evenly and if you forget to use oil or butter when cooking, you will never have to worry about food sticking. My only advice is to follow the instructions. While These pots and pans are oven safe, remember that they are only oven safe up to 350°F, no higher. I’ve tested it out and out my frying pan in the oven at 325°F and it worked well. Please make sure you don’t put these in the oven if the temperature is much higher then 350°, as that will damage them. Don’t put them in dishwasher, hand wash them, even dried food on the pots and pans doesn’t stick and it’s easy to clean. Additionally, don’t use high heat with these pots and pans, because the heat distributed evenly so well, that if you use high heat, it will burn food. Safe bet is to have on medium to medium-high. Trust me when I say, it works great. I’m general, if you care about your pots and pans, make sure to properly use them, safely and smart. You will not only be happy with how great these work, but they will pay you a long time. I’ve had mine for a month now and this is by far the best investment I’ve made. This is quality brand! Anyone who has negative reviews about this product, I can guarantee you they didn’t take care of their pots and pans and didn’t follow instructions as they should have. Don’t listen to any negative reviews, as I promise that you will not regret your decision to buy these. So long as you properly care and use the pots and pans, they will last you a long time.

I've had these since 2021. If I ever have to buy new pans (and these are making me wonder if that'll ever happen) it EILL be these or this brand. Best pan I ever had, no sticking ever. I literally have nothing negative to say about these pans, any damage they have is from things like dropping, the ceramic is holding perfectly, just a few scratches where family used metal forks or spoons to stir 😞

I am torn. I love the looks of these pans and so far everything I've cooked in them has cooked up beautifully. Nothing has ever burned and no stuck on food. They've been easy too clean. I love them but washing one of the pots tonight I found there are 4 tiny chips where the inside coating has come off. No knives, sharp or metal cooking tools have been used on them and there has been no need to use anything but a sponge to clean them. I am very disappointed and don't want to return them but I may have to. I have 7 weeks before my return windows closes and will watch very carefully to see if any more of the coating comes off this pan or any of the others. I really hope it doesn't but will return the whole set if it does and if no further coating comes off, I will try to get a replacement for this one pan.

I’ve only had these pans for a couple of weeks and couldn’t be happier. Although their care is a bit fussy, they are worth it. Fortunately I have a pot rack that eliminates the potential damage risk of stacking. I have not experienced melted handles as others have mentioned so perhaps they have used these at high heat settings, which is not recommended. Cleanup is a breeze and thus far, anything I have cooked just slides out with ease. I totally recommend.
