This hybrid rubber hose seems very durable. The hose will kink if not unwound properly, but the kinks don't compress like so many of the vinyl composite hoses that develop permanent kinks in those areas. There is no "memory" to the coils so it unrolls and stays straight and rewinds easily. The nozzle that comes with the hose adjusts from a fine mist to a heavy spray by turning the yellow portion of the nozzle. Overall I am pleased with it and have ordered another one. One Con is the aluminum ends which will weld themselves to brass hose spigots or nozzles if left in place for a long period of time due to galvanic action. I needed a hose to feed my irrigation system. My last one burst in the sun. The system was already working and even though this hose says not for drinking water there was no overwhelming taste of rubber.

This hose is extremely soft and kinks too easily. I don't know why it's so hard to find a decent hose on Amazon. Just stick to the name brands. Even my Lowes branded hose is great and was just a few dollars more.
