Review Image by Matthew Matthew
Out of the box, or more accurately the bag, I was immediately impressed. They are about twice as thick as the silicone Lodge handles they are replacing. They don’t fit as tight, but by no means are they loose. Very soft and feels good in hand. I’ll update this after more use but, for now, I really like these - especially for the price. Another winner from GG. ... show more

    • Nice handle for cast iron pans
So far this is great. I just get concerned about someone touching the hot handles on the stove. This works perfect. Fits on the Greater Goods pan nicely. Looks like it would work with my Lodge pan as well.

    • Fits flat handles better.
More suited for flat handle skillets than round handles. I have a 12" Brandani Cast Iron skillet and have a hard time getting it on. It's possible to force it on but it may likely deform with time. Nevertheless it fits my 9" All-clad skillet just fine. It's actually smaller than it looks from the picture. ... show more

    • Fair
Be careful! The grips on the side will allow you to burn. Dont gold the pan but a few seconds.

    • Best handle around
The perfect companion for your cast iron skillet! What more can be said? Makes holding the pan easy. Doesn’t transfer the heat through, so you can hold without burning yourself.
