This is a decent carbon fiber paddle. This Will be an good set to keep around for the kids to use or for a great back up paddle. I had a paddle issue and reached out to the company. Used them 4 times outdoor only. They are comfortable & work well. The only issue is the top rubber / plastic edge may come loose & requires a little super glue to bond back

Previous review: I bought paddles for my entire family of 16 for Christmas this year. I ordered different sets from different manufacturers, and they all were advertised as showing the American pickle ball association approved wording on the paddle. This set did not have that. A nice set of paddles. The words 'carbon fiber' are used prominently in the description, but the paddles are primarily plastic, the carbon fiber only applies to the hitting surface. Still, I like the paddles and they are holding up well so far.
