I'd been playing with the Joola Anna Bright 14mm padel which I really liked. I'm a male player with plenty of power. The Anna Bright padel had been my wife's until she got a new replacement. The local pickleball instructor suggested that, when I bought a new padel, to get a 16mm for additional control. So, after playing with the Anna Bright padel, I bought myself the Pro V in the 16mm. I contacted Amazon and they said they cancelled the order and gave me a cancellation reference number, but the product shipped, and Joola now says the product cannot be returned. Comes with extra clear edge tape and a replacement grip cover.in a VERY fancy box that will never be used after the unboxing. For over $300, it should come with a cover.
