  • It helps tennis elbow
I recommend this paddle especially for women with small hands with less arm strength. Item arrived earlier than expected. As soon as I opened it, I found a small bump on the surface of the paddle. Since it was outside the sweet spot, I played with it anyway and the little bump was gone after one match. I ended up keeping the paddle instead of returning. I've used it four times so far, but I feel it's a very easy-to-use paddle. I'm 4' 11", weigh 94 lbs, and my hands are quite small, just barely able to reach the octaves of the piano, so when I was looking for a paddle with a small grip and light weight, I remembered of this paddle that an acquaintance of mine used and I got to tried a long time ago. I decided to give it a try. I have been using Joola Ana Gen 2 by Joola as my primary for almost 2 years. Prokenex provides a little smaller sweet spot but it got enough power. Also, despite some reviews, it gives enough spins. My main complaint is that since this is a hard paddle, it is harder to drop than soft paddle. However, slice drop was not bad. This paddle is very easy to maneuver. It helps my quick hands. ... show more

  • Excellent paddle for intermediates
I'm a young player in this sport (28) and I love this paddle. The kinetic system works as designed and eliminates the pain I feel w/ tennis elbow. It's a great paddle that gives you good control at the net and power when you need it. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. The paddle has dead spots all around it - it's seems that it's a part of how it's built. So if you're looking for something with a consistent pop - this isn't for you. IF you have good skill, you can work with the dead spots and are looking for a great paddle, then this is for you. ... show more

  • Great for small sensitive hands
Highly recommend. Especially good for my small grip and arthritic hands. The lightweight improved my hand speed. Balance and sweetness spot are great. Good quality die the money.

  • Great. Durability issues. Great. Durability issues.
Loved the paddle and it definitely helped my golf elbow…but dang if it didn’t crack and break in the strangest of places…near bottom! So agree that durability is a problem.

  • The one to use if have tendinitis and shoulder pain!!!
I agree totally that this is the paddle to use if you suffer from elbow tendinitis as well as upper shoulder/scapula pain. I’ve had history of tennis elbow from playing tennis as well as from too much typing/moving mouse for work but back then it was mainly with the forearm muscles and whole arm feeling fatigued . Started playing pickleball Sept ‘24, DBD elongated paddle was great but after 3 months using it is where my pain got too severe. I did rest my arm for about one week plus anti inflammatory meds. I was still in pain but tolerable and then got this paddle. It’s been two weeks and tremendously helping. I’m still sore but back from baseline mild discomfort. Took this second week to get used to dinking ball for I didn’t find it as “poppy” compared to my previous paddle. I didn’t mind shorter handle and still able to use two hand backhand. Good control and some power especially overhead shots. ... show more

  • Don’t waste your money!
I missed the return window due to the time it took to recover enough from my tennis elbow injury to play again. I had hoped this would be my solution, but this paddle is a liability to anyone’s game! It creates a whole different set of challenges because it’s really hard to hit with and control the ball with. There are numerous dead spots so if you don’t hit the exact middle, the ball just drops with a thud. Maybe I got a bad paddle. The vibration of my arm was a little less, but it will be going into the recycle bin, unfortunately! If you need a paddle for tennis elbow, keep looking and don’t waste your money on this one! It’s a dud! ... show more

  • Favorite paddle in my bag. Favorite paddle in my bag.
We start looking at this paddle for tennis elbow. Which MIT had to the study with his paddle and found that it reduces the energy to your arm by 43%. The paddle is so lightweight and so fast it feels like you have nothing in your hand. I really enjoy this paddle. It is my favorite paddle. My wife use it now but I’m looking to get one. The reason I went out and bought it, that day because someone had to let me use their old used paddle. It was so good I thought even if it wears out it’ll still be a great paddle. I assume that the diamond frost it will wear off eventually, but even if that happens, you still have a great paddle. ... show more
