I'm absolutely obsessed with my Granitestone 20 Pc Pots and Pans Set! It's seriously one of the best cookware investments I've ever made. Let me break down why I love it so much: Stunning design: These pans are drop-dead gorgeous. The speckled gray coating is so sleek and modern, and it looks amazing on my stovetop. It's like having a piece of designer cookware in my kitchen without the designer price tag. Non-stick magic: I've cooked everything from eggs to stir-fries to roasts in these pans, and nothing sticks! I mean, NOTHING. It's like cooking on a cloud. Cleanup is a breeze, too. Everything wipes clean with just a soapy sponge. Everything you need: This set comes with literally everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Pots, pans, lids, utensils - you name it, it's there. It's the perfect starter set for a young adult or newlywed couple. Diamond-tough coating: I love that these pans are coated with diamonds. It makes them super durable and scratch-resistant. I don't have to baby them at all, and I know they'll last for years to come. Only minor annoyance: My only teeny-tiny complaint is that they included spoons as part of a 20-piece set. I find it annoying personally that companies try to pad out their product with cheap utensils. But if you're looking for a good all-in-one set I guess those would come in handy. Overall: This Granitestone set is a total game-changer. It's beautiful, functional, and has everything you need to cook up a storm.     • Good cooking set. Great value for money
For the price, this is a really good deal: PROS: + Six pans of various sizes including a stockpot/steamer. Pretty much everything you need. + Lids! For everything except the small fryer. The lids are clear: you can see what's happening without lifting the lid AND the lids have vent holes so less likely to boil over and you don't have to tilt the lid (and lower the temperature) to keep at a simmer + Extras! Three sizes of cookie sheets/flat pans + More extras! Even comes with a few cooking utensils. Wow! + Quality: really pretty good. Not super hefty (so easier to lift and carry) CONS (-), MEHS (o), and WHATS (?) o Not super non-stick. Not Teflon I think. Has a slightly bubbly surface that does hold food a bit, but also helps hold the food a little away from the hot surface for better heat distribution. Does need a little cleaning I find. - Handles are on the light side. Perfectly functional. just not thick. ? Diamonds? Really? The surface does have some sparkle to it so that must be it. Diamond dust though, not the Koh-I-Noor. Still, I imagine it will help with durability--the problem with cheaper cookware is that the surface does wear off quicker than the more expensive stuff. That said, this should give years of good use. SUMMARY Heck of a deal for a heck of a price. Well recommended! ... show more

    • Hard to see food on the surface without really bright light
review for: Granitestone 20 Pc Pots and Pans Set Non Stick Cookware Set, Kitchen Cookware Sets, Pot and Pan Set, Pot Set, Diamond Coated Non Stick Pots and Pans Set with Lids + Utensils, Dishwasher Safe I wanted to like this pan set, and for the most part, i do. I can cook scrambled eggs and pan cleanup is a breeze. But, unfortunately, with the dark gray speckled surface, it is not easy to see if food was missed when cleaning. Also, the base of the pots and pans is not smooth. the center is solid, then there is a ring of what looks like gouging (kind of like the lines on the freeway) and that area does not have a coating at all. The pots and pans appear to have a lighter coating on the outside as well as the cooking surface. Hopefully, over time, that outside coating will keep things easier to clean. I have not tried the bakeware yet as i mainly wanted easy cooking. but if the bakeware is as good as the pans, i will have an easy time when i try to use them. For all the hype about the non-stick, i was disappointed to see, in the instructions, that though you can use metal utensils, you cannot use "sharp" utensils. what do they mean by sharp? Also, similarly, though the cookware can take temperatures up to 500 deg F, they state to not cook on high temperatures. I really hate contradictions. Maybe the surface will last longer with their instructions, but examples would have been nice (not that i expect they would ever do so). ... show more

    • Amazing deal on a huge set of pots and pans
I've been seeing the infomercial advertising for this Granitestone brand of pots and pans on TV, so I was thrilled to see this huge value set come up in my Amazon feed. My set arrived in two days and I started to use them right away! This was really good timing since I was using Greeenware pots and pans for over 15 years and they were starting to scratch, and also losing their non-stick ability. This material is very non-stick, even better than when my Greenpans were new, because I remember not being very impressed with my old set in the beginning. I also remember paying over $300 for just pots and pans without bakeware, so the value of this Granitestone set is a real bargain! This cookware set has been impressing me from day one, and they really preform just as they show on TV, and talk about in this listing on Amazon. I have ceramic copper colored bakeware that works well, but these pans seem to give better results on the bottoms of my home made biscuits, and also on the re-heated pizza slices I made on the cookie sheet last night! I expect this 20 piece set of pots, pans, and utensils to last a really long time. I would definitely recommend this Granitestone 20 piece set to any cooking enthusiasts that want to trade up to a better quality cookware brand. ... show more
